Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the next two weeks tease that the drama’s about to heat up in Salem. During the week of April 27-May 1, Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) will pass along some unfortunate Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols). It turns out there’s nothing that can be done to repair Steve’s eye.
Of course, that was to be expected – at least by DOOL viewers. The whole point of injuring Steve’s eye was so he could wear his patch again. The show’s tried to ditch it before, but fans just weren’t having it! Steve’s patch is a crucial part of the character, so he’ll put it back on in the week ahead.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Kayla will give Steve some help and it’ll lead to a tingly little moment between them. There’ll definitely still be a “Stayla” spark going on, but Kayla and Steve will ignore the obvious.
Over with Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey), she’ll be floored when she bumps into Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder). Sarah will still be in Paris when they cross paths, so it’ll be one of those soapy coincidences that Rex ended up in the same place.
Rex will happily greet Sarah and gush over little Mackenzie “Mickey” Horton. He’ll naturally assume Mickey is Sarah’s darling daughter, so Sarah will play along and skedaddle as soon as possible. Later, Rex will get a stunning phone call about the baby swap and Rachel’s kidnapping. He’ll realize he still has a chance to find Sarah and hopefully talk her into coming home.
Back in Salem, Gabi DiMera (Camila Banus) will reel when she sees “Stefan DiMera” (Brandon Barash) in the town square. After Gabi faints, she’ll wake up to Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash) asking if she’s OK. Gabi will struggle to wrap her head around all this and will hurl some wild accusations during the week of May 4-8.
Days spoilers say Gabi will be convinced Jake is Stefan despite his claims to the contrary. Jake will insist he doesn’t know what Gabi’s talking about, but she’ll lash out and try to act like he’s lying. Gabi will even wind up planting a kiss on Jake later. She’ll be desperate to prove Jake’s true identity whether it’s true or not!
Other Days of Our Lives spoilers say Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) will land in sudden danger. After Ben gets injured, Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) will play nurse and tend to her love.
Meanwhile, Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) will be feeling pretty down in the dumps. As Eric continues to mourn the loss of his daughter, Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) will plan something special to cheer him up.
Next, Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) will drop a bomb on Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers). DOOL fans will recall that Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) delivered troubling news to Maggie recently, which nearly led to full secret spillage.
However, Will Horton (Chandler Massey) smoothed things over, so Maggie only knows Sarah bailed on her wedding to Xander and wants time alone.
Days spoilers say Xander will visit Maggie and ultimately reveal why the wedding didn’t happen. Maggie will be crushed when she realizes she killed her own grandbaby. She’ll also be furious with Xander for stealing Rachel DiMera Black and giving her to Sarah. Xander set so many people up for heartache, so enraged Maggie will give him a good slap!
Finally, Lani Price Stowers) will do her former convent bestie a favor. Despite Brady Black’s (Eric Martsolf) efforts to take the fall for Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk), it looks like the finger will eventually be pointed at the real culprit. Days spoilers say Lani will help Kristen escape, so that presumably means from police custody.
Lani will offer assistance on locating Sarah and Rachel as well, so she’ll really come through when it counts! As other DOOL details become available, don’t forget to check back for updates.
