Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the next 2 weeks tease that we’ll see plenty of tension in Salem. During the week of December 7-11, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will uncover a lie that leaves him suspicious.
Jake Lambert’s (Brandon Barash) dishonesty will lead to more questions, but Jake will taunt Chad by being cryptic about his latest bedroom buddy.
As Chad’s concerns grow, he’ll eventually confront Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) and demand to know if she’s having an affair with Jake. Abigail will probably argue that it’s ridiculous for Chad to even ask that. She’ll wonder where this is coming from and most likely vehemently deny betraying her husband.
Abigail will confide in Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) later, so she may complain about Chad and his crazy ideas. Abigail won’t know Gwen’s mostly to blame for Chad’s suspicions – and she won’t know Gwen’s behind the drugging plot that caused her hallucinations either.
When Abigail expresses doubt about Gabi Hernandez DiMera’s (Camila Banus) guilt, Gwen will have to throw her off the trail.
Next, Gwen will get caught having a temper tantrum involving a bat and a batch of holiday poinsettias. Jennifer Deveraux (Cady McClain) will raise an eyebrow over Gwen’s bizarre stress-relief tactic, but Gwen will urge Jenn to give it a try.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Jennifer will take the advice and feel better after she gives the poinsettias some good whacks.
Nevertheless, Gwen will keep working her Deveraux destruction magic, which means Jennifer will battle doubts about Jack Deveraux’s (Matthew Ashford) loyalty.
Jennifer will fear Jack and Kate Roberts’ (Lauren Koslow) affair isn’t over – perhaps after Gwen claims Kate’s been sneaking around with someone at the DiMera mansion.
As for Charlie Dale (Mike Manning), he’ll have to come clean after Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) confronts him. Xander will push Charlie to reveal his secret, so that should bring the truth about Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) catching him snooping.
Charlie should be given yet another set of new instructions, so DOOL spoilers say he’ll feel trapped in a co-CEO nightmare.
Over with Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans), she’ll physically attack Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) for letting Joey Johnson (James Lastovic) sit in prison for four years.
After Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) stops Kayla from strangling Ava, they’ll all work out a deal that allows Ava to keep her freedom while granting Joey his own.
During the week of December 14-18, Joey and Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) will take a moment to reconnect. Of course, Joey’s bound to warn Tripp about his dangerous mother.
Joey was driven to smother Ava in her hospital bed, so that says a lot about how strongly he feels about her. The fact that Ava just let Joey stay behind bars is another strike against her.
Meanwhile, Xander will figure out exactly who Philip’s been working with. He’ll reel over Ava’s involvement and make sure Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) knows the truth soon. As for Belle Black (Martha Madison), she may get updates on Allie Horton’s (Lindsay Arnold) latest gun showdown with Tripp and then Ava.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Belle will have some cautionary words of wisdom. She might think Sami Brady DiMera’s (Alison Sweeney) playbook is the wrong one to be taking pages from!
Next, Allie will have an intense discussion with Steve. Since Steve doesn’t believe Tripp’s guilty, he’ll want to talk to Allie about her assault and hopefully learn something that could help clear Tripp’s name.
Naturally, Allie’s going to be pretty uncomfortable opening up, especially to someone who doesn’t believe her side of the story. Allie may not want to share much, but she might reflect on what she remembers if Steve pushes hard enough.
Other Days spoilers say Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) will be over the moon as she gushes to Allie about Charlie. Uh-oh. The happier Claire is, the harder she has to fall! This feels like the prime setup for Charlie to be Allie’s real assaulter, but that shocker should be saved for later.
Over with Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) and Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson), they’ll do some reflecting as they continue to grieve for Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal).
Back with Jennifer, she’ll remain concerned about the possibility that Jack’s still involved with Kate. Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) will become a secret snooper in hopes of helping Jenn out.
Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) will agree that Jennifer needs to get some answers and peace of mind. The truth is Gwen will be manipulating the situation so that Jennifer thinks Jake is Jack. It’ll take some work on Jennifer and Julie’s part to get to the bottom of things!
