Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) will give Belle Black (Martha Madison) an incredible Christmas gift this year. At the upcoming holiday gathering, Shawn will drop to one knee and pop the question.
Belle will be surprised over this sudden wedding proposal, but Shawn will take it a step further. He won’t see any need to wait since they’ll have all their loved ones around them for Christmas Eve anyway.
Shawn will hate that Jan Spears (Heather Lindell) derailed their previous wedding attempt, but he’ll hope they can finally make their marriage official.
Naturally, Belle will get on board with Shawn’s plan. Days spoilers say the happy couple will exchange sweet vows as everyone at the holiday party looks on. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will perform the ceremony, which will go quite well until Sami Brady DiMera’s (Alison Sweeney) shocking interruption.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Sami won’t crash the wedding in person, but she’ll still derail it in the form of a phone call. Marlena’s cell will ring during the nuptials, so she’ll look at it and notice that Sami’s the one who’s calling. That’ll leave Marlena to decide whether she’s going to answer it.
Marlena will actually try to pick up, but Belle will wonder what her mother thinks she’s doing. DOOL fans know Belle often spars with her sister anyway, but she’s particularly mad at Sami right now for unleashing Jan on Salem again.
As far as Belle’s concerned, it’s Sami’s fault that Jan wreaked havoc – and Sami’s fault that John Black (Drake Hogestyn) went after their worst enemy.
Days spoilers say Belle won’t want Sami raining on her parade, so it seems Marlena will bail on answering. However, Alison Sweeney filmed a scene in November that’s set to air soon. It looks like that’ll be when Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) comes clean about everything that’s happened to her.
Allie will want to tell Sami about her assault and perhaps even how she followed in her mother’s footsteps by pulling a gun on Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams). This should bring an emotional phone conversation and some tearful moments, but DOOL will keep things light on “Shelle’s” end of things.
Shawn and Belle will finally become a married couple again, so they’ll feel ready for whatever life throws their way. As other news and updates emerge, we’ll keep you in the loop.
