Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that a devastating blow is coming up for Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey. DOOL fans know Sarah’s bonded with a child that isn’t even hers. Thanks to Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) and Xander Kiriakis’ (Paul Telfer) baby swap scheme, Sarah’s been raising Rachel Isabella DiMera Black – not Mackenzie “Mickey” Horton as she believes.
Sarah’s been terrified of losing Mickey throughout this cancer crisis, but she’ll ultimately lose her daughter another way instead. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) will start putting this puzzle together soon enough. She’ll realize Rachel had a birthmark on her neck just like the one Mickey has.
Of course, that’ll only solidify Nicole’s suspicions about Xander and Dr. Raynor (Victoria Platt) having a secret. She’ll begin to fear their secret involves a baby switch. Nicole will decide she has to take the next steps and get some evidence. She can’t just go hurling wild accusations without proof, so that probably means scoring some DNA test results to back up her claims.
Even if some twists and turns delay the truth, Sarah will indeed face this bombshell eventually. What will Sarah do when she realizes Mickey isn’t her baby? Days buzz suggests Sarah won’t be the perfect angel in the aftermath. She’ll be spinning out, so there’s certainly the possibility for big trouble.
Will Sarah pressure Xander to help her bolt with Mickey? Will she push Xander to make it up to her by helping her keep this child? Sarah might even be desperate enough to promise that they could still be a family. That would definitely be a tempting offer for Xander! It’s easy to imagine Xander being on board with running away together and raising Mickey where no one can find them.
Then again, Sarah may be too hurt by Xander’s actions to even consider that. She might urge Xander to help her leave the country with Mickey on her own. Sarah could even leave Xander out of this entirely and just take matters into her own hands.
The point is Days of Our Lives spoilers say Sarah will be deeply distraught – and deeply distraught people often do irrational, out of character things on soaps. Will panicked Sarah plan to kidnap Mickey? Will she try to prevent Rachel’s reunion with Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf)?
