Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Thomas DiMera is getting a new look. According to Jason47’s Facebook page, Cary Christopher has scored the role of Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Abigail DiMera’s (Kate Mansi) son. Christopher takes over the part from Asher Morrissette, who exited as Thomas in 2019.
Christopher looks like an excellent recast based on his pics! He should have no problem passing for “Chabby’s” firstborn. Since Days of Our Lives spoilers confirm Abigail will be exiting the show soon, it seems likely Thomas will pop up to say goodbye to his mom.
DOOL fans can expect Chad to present a treatment possibility to Abigail during the week of May 18-22. That’ll give Chad and Abigail something to mull over as they prepare for the future. They’ll have to make some tough choices about what’s best for Abigail and their sweet family.
Abigail hates that these strange visions are still happening and certainly wants to get better. Abigail loves being a mom to Thomas and Charlotte DiMera, but she can’t be a good one if she’s constantly battling hallucinations of various Days villains around town.
It looks like Chad and Abigail will have to sit down with the kids and let them know Mommy has to go away for a little while. Abigail fully intends to focus on her recovery and be there for her family, but it seems this treatment option will require time away to do that.
Thomas and Charlotte may be told a kid-friendly version of what’s going on before they bid their mom farewell for now.
Regardless, Christopher is an adorable little actor and a welcome addition to the Days of Our Lives cast. If Christopher seems familiar to you, perhaps you’ve seen him in some of his other roles.
Christopher played the part of Finn on Fuller House and the role of Hayden Benson on 9-1-1. He also appeared as Zack Anderson on a TV series called Mr. Mom, so he’s already building quite the acting resume.
In addition to this new role at Days of Our Lives, Christopher stars as a young Joseph Mankiewicz in Mank. It’s an upcoming film that’s currently in post-production. As more news surfaces on Christopher’s DOOL debut, we’ll pass along updates.
