Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Thursday, December 17, tease that Charlie Dale (Mike Manning) will have to think fast. There was already a moment where Charlie grabbed Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) rather forcefully, but he’ll take things to the next level by attacking Ava before long.
Charlie begged Ava to keep his secret, but he’ll knock her out cold when it becomes clear that’s not going to happen. It appears Charlie may even consider murdering Ava, but he’ll ultimately back out of that plan and try to figure something else out.
Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) will be outside the door calling out for his mom and wondering what’s going on. Tripp might even hear the commotion and Ava’s cry of pain from the blow. Since the door’s apparently locked, it looks like Tripp may dash off to get some help.
That could give Charlie a chance to make a break for it, but he’ll undoubtedly worry about what Ava will spill once she wakes up! It’s possible Ava will have some short-term memory loss or simply decide against ratting Charlie out.
Ava might worry that Charlie will seek violent revenge on Tripp if she reveals what she knows, so that might be a good enough reason to keep her mouth shut.
Whatever the case, Days of Our Lives spoilers point to some happy holiday moments for Charlie and Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) soon, so Charlie won’t be going down just yet. Over with Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols), he’ll continue his conversation with Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) in the town square.
Allie clearly isn’t excited about talking to Steve since he’s firmly in Tripp’s corner, but she’ll do it anyway. At Steve’s request, Days of Our Lives spoilers say Allie will take him back to that night in London. Allie will go step by step through what happened and insist that Tripp is guilty – just as she claimed.
However, Allie will be unsettled when Steve points out that she said “a hand” held her down. Steve will wonder if Allie can be positive that hand was attached to Tripp. He’ll question if maybe someone else was in the apartment that night, but a flustered Allie will cut this discussion short.
Once Allie’s alone, that’ll leave her to ponder what Steve suggested. Allie will battle some doubts about her own memories and fear there might be some truth to this mistaken identity idea.
As for Tripp, it seems he’ll catch up with Steve and reveal the drama inside Ava’s apartment.
Steve will head over to Ava’s place with Tripp, so they’ll most likely find unconscious Ava together. You can bet Ava will love having her two favorite guys come to her rescue.
Ava may not approve of Charlie, but that doesn’t mean she can’t make lemonade out of lemons! Perhaps delusional Ava will view this as a sign that Steve actually cares and might consider forming a family with her.
Other Days of Our Lives spoilers say Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will eavesdrop on a conversation that points to guilt. Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) might manipulate the situation so that Chad overhears and misconstrues everything.
Days spoilers say Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) will talk to Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash) on Thursday, so that could set up the confusion. Abigail might divulge Chad’s cheating suspicions and give Chad the chance to overhear them discussing the “affair.”
Of course, Gwen will be there to lend a sympathetic ear and grow closer to Chad in the process.
As for Jennifer Deveraux (Cady McClain), she’ll confide in Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) as they do some holiday decorating at the Horton house. Jennifer will find it tough to get in the Christmas spirit since she’ll fear Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) is still sleeping with Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow).
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Julie will offer to help Jennifer get to the bottom of this. Julie can be pretty good at snooping when she wants to be. DOOL fans can expect Julie to do some investigating, so she’ll hope she can find evidence that either clears Jack or lets Jenn know she’s got it right.
Naturally, Julie would prefer the former, but she’ll want the truth no matter what.
Days viewers know Jake is the only one in Kate’s bed lately, but some misunderstandings could be brewing that make matters worse! We’ll provide updates as other news rolls in.
