Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Monday, June 29, teases that Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) will clash with Gwen (Emily O’Brien), who’s been making out with Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash) at the garage. Gabi’s convinced Jake is her husband, Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash), so she obviously wasn’t pleased about Gwen kissing her man!
Of course, Gwen will probably fire back on Monday and leave Jake caught in the middle. Although Jake’s adamant that Gabi’s nuts, part of him is clearly drawn to her. There’s also a small piece of Jake that wonders if he really could be Stefan, but he’s trying to downplay that possibility.
As for Gabi, she’ll stand by her claims and hope the upcoming DNA results prove she’s correct. Until then, Gabi will have to dash off and face her verdict. Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) feels confident that Gabi’s headed to prison, but he’s setting himself up for disappointment.
It looks like the jury will side with Gabi since she’ll wind up in a heated confrontation with Chad later in the week.
Gabi’s also set to rock the boat at Lani Price (Sal Stowers) and Eli Grant’s (Lamon Archey) nuptials, but there’ll be other drama playing out in the meantime. While Gabi learns she’s “not guilty,” Lani will reprimand Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) for playing with fire.
If the cops find out Kristen came to visit Lani, they could make an arrest and separate her from Rachel DiMera Black.
Kristen just arrived wearing her nun uniform and will probably confess to spying for a while. She had to make sure the coast was clear before this visit could happen.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Kristen will get that this is a gamble, but how could she stay away? Lani’s getting married! Kristen has grown to truly care about Lani, so she’ll defend her decision to come home and surprise her.
Lani will have to admit she’s happy about this visit. She’s already been wishing that Kristen could attend her nuptials, so this is the next best thing. Days spoilers say Lani will open a special gift from Kristen and thank her for the support.
Kristen may get some support as well since she’s been separated from her true love. There’s no doubt that Kristen’s missing Brady Black (Eric Martsolf).
Lani knows about Brady’s failed attempt to clear Kristen’s name, so that might come up in this conversation. Perhaps Lani will just want Kristen to know she’s still in Brady’s heart.
When Abe Carver (James Reynolds) knocks on the door, Kristen and Lani will panic. There’s no way they can let the mayor see Lani hiding a fugitive in her apartment!
Fortunately, Abe will remain in the dark and Kristen will sneak out. As for Brady, he’ll feel like he could use a shoulder to cry on. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) is a great listener, so she’ll be willing to hear Brady out.
DOOL spoilers say Brady will fill Marlena in on his failure to get Kristen off the hook. Marlena will understand that Brady’s in a tough position and really missing his family.
After Brady parts ways with Marlena, he’ll be alone across town when something odd happens. Brady will sense that Kristen’s near, so he’ll immediately turn to look for her.
Kristen won’t want to cause trouble or pain, so she’ll just try to make a break for it again. That’s when Brady will call out to Kristen and convince her to stop.
Next, Valerie Grant (Vanessa Williams) will have some surprising updates for her son. It turns out Valerie’s got a new man in her life – and it’s someone who’s quite important to Eli Grant (Lamon Archey).
It seems Eli’s old FBI mentor, Billy (Billy Davis Jr.), is Valerie’s main squeeze. Valerie and Billy will be spotted locking lips, so Eli will get this big news and eventually wish them well.
Tamara Price (Marilyn McCoo) will also pop up on Monday, so look for some heartwarming reunions. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Tamara will chat with Abe, Marlena and Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes). Julie will later share a sweet scene with her grandson, so Eli will appreciate the words of wisdom.
Days spoilers say Tamara won’t be feeling the greatest just before the ceremony. This will lead to Tamara passing out within the next episode or two, so stay tuned for Lani’s scare.
