Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Thursday, June 25, teases that Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) will spend the night in a hotel room. Eli wouldn’t want to risk seeing the bride on the morning of their wedding, so it’s a good idea to sleep separately. Unfortunately, this will leave Lani Price (Sal Stowers) alone to deal with some troubling thoughts.
DOOL fans know somebody’s been lurking around town – and Days of Our Lives spoilers confirm it’s Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk). However, Lani will probably just confess a weird feeling for now. Although Lani may feel like someone’s been spying, Eli may downplay Lani’s concerns.
Days spoilers say Lani will disconnect and most likely continue to fret, but her fears will evaporate once Kristen shows up. The morning of Lani’s wedding day will bring a sweet reunion for these besties, so don’t miss their heartfelt scenes on Friday.
Speaking of heartfelt scenes, Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) will get some of those, too. In Thursday’s episode, Steve will be tempted to come clean to Kayla. It’s clear that Steve’s still madly in love with Kayla, but what about Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth)?
Kayla’s trying to convince herself that Justin is her present and future, but the past will keep calling her. Steve desperately wants to get back together, so the past isn’t so far away. It’s within reach if Steve and Kayla could just be honest and get on the same page. “Stayla” could build on their rich history as a couple.
Sadly, Kayla and Steve won’t reunite just yet. It looks like Steve just won’t be able to confess what’s in his heart, but there’s a silver lining. By waiting until Kayla and Justin’s wedding day, DOOL may set Steve up to deliver major drama!
In the meantime, Will Horton (Chandler Massey) and Sonny Kiriakis (Freddie Smith) will defend their potential as daddies. Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) doesn’t think she can give this baby a proper upbringing, but Sonny and Will can.
Despite Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) the naysayer, Will and Sonny will think this is the ideal way to keep the family together.
Lucas will be adamant that Allie needs raise her child, but Sonny and Will may argue that she can still have a relationship with her son or daughter. This is about doing what’s best for both Allie and the baby.
Of course, Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) will have a very different opinion on what’s best! Thanks to his eavesdropping downstairs, Xander’s ready to make a startling offer to Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey).
Days spoilers say Xander will wonder how Sarah would feel about a new baby. He’ll think he could get one for Sarah, so that should bring an explanation about Allie and her adoption plans.
Once Sarah gets over the shock, she’ll blow her top! Sarah will probably think Xander still hasn’t learned his lesson when it comes to replacement babies. After the real Mackenzie “Mickey” Horton died, Xander swapped in Rachel DiMera Black.
It was a mistake to slide Rachel in as a fill-in daughter, and Sarah may feel like Xander’s trying to do it again – at least in a way.
Sarah’s been dealing with the loss of both Mackenzie and Rachel, so this was doubly painful. Adopting another kid is the last thing on Sarah’s mind right now. Sarah also won’t like how Xander keeps trying to fix everything, but he won’t know what else to do. It’s crushing for Xander to see Sarah suffering, so he just wants to help if he can.
Days spoilers say Sarah will settle down sooner or later, so hopefully this won’t be a major setback. Xander means well, so Sarah might see that once she calms herself.
Across town, Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) will hear about Allie’s next choice. Allie’s just taking things one step at a time – and her latest step is finding a potential adoptive father for her baby.
Since Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) is basically a dad without a kid now, Allie will think he’d be the perfect parent. She’ll admit she’s going to ask Rafe to adopt her baby, so Nicole and Eric will react to Allie’s huge news.
Although Eric and Nicole may worry Allie’s moving too fast, they’ll continue to support her through this baby journey.
