Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Thursday, May 14, teases that Lani Price (Sal Stowers) will make a big decision that could derail her future. Lani only recently returned to work at the Salem PD, but her job could be in jeopardy if she comes clean. There’s also a chance Lani could land in the slammer if she confesses to helping Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) flee.
Eli Grant’s (Lamon Archey) been giving Lani a hard time about coming to Kristen’s rescue, but he won’t agree with her upcoming choice. Days spoilers say Lani will want to turn herself in.
When Lani announces that she’s going to tell Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) the truth, Eli will likely insist she can’t do that. In the end, Lani should be convinced that silence is for the best.
In the meantime, DOOL fans should look for a new actress in the role of Zoey Burge. Due to a scheduling conflict, Alyshia Ochse will fill in for Kelly Thiebaud throughout the remainder of this story.
Zoey will face some tense moments with Rafe before she heads to the courthouse. She’ll hope she was able to convince the jury of Evan Frears aka Christian Maddox’s (Brock Kelly) innocence, but it seems she failed.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Orpheus (George DelHoyo) will also be on hand as Evan learns his fate. It looks like Evan will be found guilty of Jordan Ridgeway’s (Chrishell Stause) murder, which is great news since he did it! Zoey’s attempt to sell the jury on Rafe as the culprit apparently didn’t pan out.
While Evan reacts to his verdict, Abigail (Kate Mansi) will fret over what’s next. Since Abby’s hallucinations just won’t stop, she won’t know what’s going to happen.
Abigail will hate the thought of being locked away in a mental institution again, but Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) already assured Abby that wasn’t going to happen. He’ll be determined to work with Abigail instead of deciding things for her.
Abigail will also get more support from her parents, Jennifer Deveraux (Melissa Reeves) and Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford). They’re both worried about their daughter, but they’ll try not to show it too much.
The important thing is staying strong for Abigail as she fights for mental health. Thankfully, a treatment possibility will come into focus by the time next week rolls around.
Until then, let’s talk about Gabi DiMera (Camila Banus) and her drastic move. Gabi will urge Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash) to let her give him a dose of Dr. Wilhelm Rolf’s (William Utay) serum.
When Jake refuses, Gabi will try to inject him by force! She’ll be convinced Jake’s Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) memories will come flooding back if he’ll just follow orders.
However, it seems like Gabi got played by Dr. Rolf. Jake doesn’t appear to have any memory problems, but that won’t stop Gabi from hovering over Jake with the loaded syringe. Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) will grab Gabi’s hand and pull the syringe away from her, so Jake will be glad to have Ben in his corner.
Gabi will reluctantly leave, but what’s the truth about Jake? Is Jake really a completely a different person or just Stefan playing the part of a “grease monkey”? As other Days info emerges, don’t miss our hot DOOL updates.
