Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the week of August 24-28 tease that the drama’s about to heat up in Salem. For starters, Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker) will take two different approaches.
Eric will try to reach a compromise with Belle Black (Martha Madison) that could help with this custody situation. As for Nicole, she’ll stir up some sister conflict instead.
Belle and Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) will spar thanks to Nicole and Sami’s attitude. At the custody hearing for Allie Horton’s (Lindsay Arnold) baby, Days spoilers say Sami will make a shocking move – one that’s daring and could be a game-changer.
Whether that involves firing Belle or something else, chaos is about to erupt.
Sami will also wind up telling Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) the whole truth about what happened before John Black’s (Drake Hogestyn) collapse. Meanwhile, Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) and Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will share a passionate kiss.
It looks like Rafe and Hope may be on the same page about starting a new chapter together, but that plan’s about to go up in smoke.
At home, DOOL spoilers say Rafe will be taken aback by an intruder. Eduardo Hernandez (A Martinez) will show wearing a hoodie, so Rafe won’t know it’s his father at first.
Since Eduardo was in prison the last time anyone heard, he’ll have to give Rafe some updates on his current situation. This will end up putting Rafe in a real bind – and most likely Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus), too.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Gabi will plant a steamy kiss on Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash), who’ll reciprocate. Sparks will fly as they cave in and accept how they feel about each other. Whether a lip lock is the extent of the passion or they go all the way, things will definitely get hot!
Sadly, a tough decision will follow and take Gabi out of town with Rafe. On the bright side, both Rafe and Gabi will return to Salem down the road. Until then, let’s talk about Eve Donovan (Kassie DePaiva) and a vision of Paige Larson (True O’Brien).
It sounds like Eve will get some advice from her dead daughter in the week ahead.
As for Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson), he’ll remain under mind control as he takes Ciara Weston (Victoria Konefal) to the spot where he murdered Paige.
Ciara will start to freak out as Ben locks the door and eventually admits he intends to murder Ciara, too. Although Ben will have flashes of goodness fighting through, that dark brainwashing will be awfully tough to defeat.
Ben will push Ciara to lock herself in the bathroom to protect herself, but that door won’t stop Ben from bursting through it in the end. As Ben’s conditioning takes over, he’ll lose control and completely black out. That’ll leave Ben in tears and unsure of what he actually did when Ciara disappears.
Once Hope arrests Eve and tracks Ben down, she’ll pummel him with questions. Later, Ben will have a chance to rip into Eve over what she did to him. Of course, Ben should blast Eve over what he might’ve done to Ciara as well.
Although Ben will fret, he’s probably innocent when it comes to killing Ciara. It seems likely that Ciara will still be alive somewhere. This could be Ben’s shot at figuring out if Eve might’ve had Vincent (Michael Teh) take Ciara somewhere against her will.
