Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the week of October 12-16 tease that some tight spots are coming up in Salem. First, Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) will feel some serious pressure.
Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) is demanding proof against Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk), so Eli scored a recorded confession that could keep Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) out of Statesville.
However, Eli will feel terrible about going behind Lani’s back again. He’ll also know that Lani will urge him not to turn in the tape if he comes clean. In the end, Eli will come clean to Kristen instead.
He’ll admit his recent visit was about securing evidence of her guilt, so Kristen will opt to spare Eli the trouble he’d inevitably face with Lani.
Days spoilers say Kristen will plead guilty, so Melinda will be thrilled to know justice will be served. Nevertheless, Lani will refuse to give up hope. It won’t be long until Lani breaks down in tears as she begs Melinda to go easy on Kristen.
It doesn’t seem fair for baby-stealers Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) and Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) to be living their lives as usual while Kristen gets locked up. Why were Victor and Xander never punished? Why should Kristen be the only one who pays for her crimes?
Lani will defend Kristen to Melinda, who hasn’t been willing to budge so far. We’ll see how Lani’s plan works out, but Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will have a suggestion for Kristen – one that’s sure to catch her off guard.
Other DOOL spoilers say Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) will push Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) to extend a peace offering to his brother. Chad will cave in and reach out to Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash), so they should make some progress in their relationship.
As for Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow), she’ll continue to keep an eye on Jake and should grow closer to him in the process. DOOL fans can expect Jake and Kate to form a startling connection while Belle Black (Martha Madison) battles doubts about a client.
Representing Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) may not have been the best idea since it’ll cause a rift with Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer).
Speaking of Shawn, he’ll uncover some Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) evidence and hand it off to Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso). This should mark Alfonso’s last appearance on Days, so look out for her final scenes on October 14.
Over with Claire Brady (Isabel Durant), she’ll need some support as she deals with the loss of Ciara. Charlie Dale (Mike Manning) will lend a sympathetic ear, so Claire will appreciate having someone in her corner.
Across town, Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker) will break some crushing news to Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo). Lucas will find out Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) was raped, so he’ll feel horrible about what Allie went through – both in London and back in Salem.
Allie’s faced harsh treatment over her pregnancy at times, but this wasn’t her fault.
John Black (Drake Hogestyn) will completely lose it when he gets updates on Allie’s accusations. Days of Our Lives spoilers say John’s emotions will take over and cause a wild outburst.
It looks like John will try to attack Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams), but Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) will hold him back.
When John realizes Steve’s on Tripp’s side, that’ll enrage John even more. It’s safe to say Lucas will want to give Tripp a piece of his mind as well, but Tripp will stand by his innocence.
However, Steve will have some concerns when Tripp changes a detail in his story. It may leave Steve with doubts about whether Tripp’s telling the truth.
Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) will eventually acknowledge what all of us are thinking at home. There’s a baby with DNA to test! There’s no point in debating whether Tripp’s guilty when a simple paternity test will prove whether or not he’s Henry Horton’s (Jayna and Kinsley Fox) father.
Of course, there’s always the potential for paternity results tampering in Salem, so we’ll see how it all plays out. As for Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien), she’ll get closer to Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) and Jennifer Deveraux (Melissa Reeves) before focusing on a new plan.
Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) will have a plan of his own – one involving a gun. Days viewers can expect Ben to sit with his weapon – perhaps stolen from Salem PD evidence – and contemplate killing Vincent Belman (Michael Teh).
Since Vincent is obviously lying, let’s hope Hope and Shawn prove that to Ben before he does something he’ll regret!
Finally, Days of Our Lives spoilers say Philip will make a bold move that forces Xander over the edge. Xander will go off big time and could risk his relationship with Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) if he can’t learn to control himself.
It sounds like the week of October 12-16 will be packed full of action. CDL’s where you want to be for sizzling Days of Our Lives spoilers, updates and news.
