Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the week of September 14-18 tease that some big moments are coming up in Salem, but we should give you a disclaimer! The show was filming certain things out of order before the shutdown happened, which means some spoiled items may not actually have been filmed.
DOOL fans will see some scenes cut and shifted around over the next weeks, so don’t be surprised if things don’t play out exactly like the official Days spoilers. Even so, the overall stories will remain the same, so let’s dive in and talk about what’s in store.
At the hospital, John Black (Drake Hogestyn) will awaken and finally give his family some hope. However, John won’t be quite the same as he was before.
There’ll be some complications that result in major mood swings, so we’ll see some sudden outbursts from John – and it looks like Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) will be on the receiving end of the first one.
Over with Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes), she’s set to break Doug Williams’ (Susan Seaforth Hayes) heart with some troubling news – at least she was supposed to!
We’re hearing that this scene may not have actually been filmed, but it was no doubt going to be about Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) and the explosion.
However, we should see Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) battle suspicions following a conversation with Eve Donovan (Kassie DePaiva). Days of Our Lives spoilers say Hope will deal with doubts about Ciara’s fate, so there may be some evidence that her daughter actually survived and needs to be saved!
Other Days spoilers say Eli Grant’s (Lamon Archey) betrayal will infuriate Lani Price-Grant (Lamon Archey). Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) will be arrested – and it’ll be Eli’s fault!
Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will be shocked over Kristen’s arrest, but he won’t just stand by and watch his love go to prison. Instead, Brady will seek out Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) and start forming a new plan.
Lani will also be eager to help Kristen, which won’t do her relationship any favors. Between Eli’s betrayal and Lani’s insistence on risking everything for Kristen, there’s going to be serious “Elani” conflict.
Over with Jan Spears (Heather Lindell), she’ll meet Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) and immediately start trying to get chummy with her.
Once Belle Black (Martha Madison) realizes what Jan’s up to, she’ll blow her top and warn Jan to stay away from her daughter. As for Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer), he’ll do some brainstorming and come up with a way to hopefully push Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) out of the picture at Titan.
Xander will just have to be careful about how many lines he crosses!
Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) needs Xander to be the good man she believes he can be. Xander’s proven that he has a heart, but he does have some dark tendencies he’ll have to keep in check. Although Sarah doesn’t expect perfection, Xander can’t go completely off the rails either.
Other Days of Our Lives spoilers say a life-changing proposition will land in Eric Brady’s (Greg Vaughan) lap. An offer’s headed Eric’s way that’ll take him out of town, but not just yet! It seems the week ahead will just bring the offer for Eric to mull over. Eric’s decision and goodbyes will most likely come later.
We should also point out that the week of September 14-18 will be a short one for Days of Our Lives. Thursday and Friday’s episodes will be preempted, so there won’t be new DOOL episodes on September 17 or September 18. Just keep that in mind as you plan your TV viewing schedule for next week!
