Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) will face some big decisions about her future. Allie’s clearly a bit of a mess and has a lot of growing up to do. She’s just not mature enough to be a mom – nor does that seem like something Allie wants at this stage of her life.
There’ll be time for Allie to have a family of her own someday, but this unborn baby should end up with adoptive parents. At least that’ll be Allie’s plan! Allie will want to give this kid a shot at a good life, so it looks like Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will be Allie’s first thought when it comes to an adoptive dad.
However, Will Horton (Chandler Massey) and Sonny Kiriakis (Freddie Smith) are also hoping to be daddies to a new bundle of joy. That could make Allie’s decision harder, but all three men are great guys. There’s no bad choice here, so we know this child will wind up in a loving home.
Perhaps it’s the baby’s biological father that we should be most worried about! Could Allie’s “baby daddy” come to town and try to derail this adoption at the last minute? Days could easily take that route for drama’s sake.
During the week of June 15-19, Days of Our Lives spoilers say Allie will have to answer some questions about the father of her baby. Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) will gently seek answers, so Allie will hopefully feel comfortable enough to open up.
Although the father isn’t in the picture now and probably doesn’t want to be, there’s no guarantee things will stay that way.
Let’s say Allie contacts the “baby daddy” about signing away his rights down the road. It might just be a formality in Allie’s eyes, but it could be a wakeup call for DOOL’s mystery father.
Will he really be OK with giving up his son or daughter? No matter who Allie chooses to raise this little one, the plan could be in jeopardy. This guy could pop up and insist that he wants to raise the kid instead.
Of course, Allie was a party girl before she got pregnant, so it’s safe to assume she was sleeping with a frat boy type or some other irresponsible dude. The father is bound to be just as much of a mess, so he probably won’t be ready to raise a child either.
It could just be a natural fatherly instinct that comes out before Allie talks him into putting their baby first.
Still, it’d be soapy if some mystery man surfaces to declare that Allie’s not giving away his son or daughter! As other Days news emerges, we’ll provide more updates.
