Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) survived Vincent Belman’s (Michael Teh) twisted plans, so she’s off somewhere being held hostage. Since a DOOL audition tape surfaced for Ciara’s captor, it looks like we’ll eventually see Ciara in captivity – at least if they stick to that plan and film it.
However, we want to take a moment to think about what this really means for the character. Poor Ciara is obviously separated from Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) as well as all her friends and family members.
Ciara is living a lonely, isolated life by herself. That has to be a difficult existence – and who knows how long it’ll be until Ciara is rescued or escapes?
The longer Ciara’s stuck in this awful situation, the more heartbreaking things will get for her. Days of Our Lives spoilers suggest Ciara will feel pretty hopeless.
She may ultimately give up and accept that there’s no chance of freedom. Ciara could find herself feeling like she’s never going to get back to Salem where she belongs.
Once Ciara has reached her lowest point, that might be the perfect moment for a familiar face to appear. Could Ciara get a ghostly visit from her father, Bo Brady (Peter Reckell)? Bo’s spirit has popped up to see Hope during her own low points, so maybe it’ll be Ciara’s turn down the road.
Since Bo also spent a great deal of time in captivity, he could certainly relate to what Ciara’s going through. It’s easy to imagine Bo appearing and giving Ciara the push she needs to fight.
Bo’s visit might even be what emboldens Ciara to find a way out of this jam.
Maybe Bo could encourage Ciara to use her head and figure out a getaway plan. Ciara’s a take charge kind of gal, so she could easily save herself with a little motivation from her dad. If Days can get Peter Reckell to return for a quick episode, it’d be easy for all of this to come together.
