Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) will have some difficult emotions to work through during the week of June 15-19. Sarah was devastated when she realized Mackenzie “Mickey” Horton was actually Rachel Black. She was even more devastated when she had to give Rachel back to her true mother, Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk).
However, Sarah’s mostly just been angry since the baby handoff. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) warned Sarah that all this rage wasn’t good for her. Sarah was forced to consider if she might still be in love with Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer), but she’s not ready to accept her feelings – especially since she found out about Xander tried steal her embryo with Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay).
Days spoilers say Sarah’s anger will remain her focus early next week. She’ll convince Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) that they have to twist the knife and make Xander’s sorrow even worse. It looks like that’ll involve arranging it so Xander finds them in bed together.
Brady will be all for hurting Xander, but it doesn’t look like Brady and Sarah’s plan will make either of them feel better – not really anyway. The only thing that’s truly going to help Sarah right now is facing the emotions she’s been shoving aside.
Sarah said goodbye to Rachel, but she still hasn’t said goodbye to the real Mickey – the daughter she actually gave birth to on the side of the road.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Sarah will head to the cemetery in the week ahead for a somber task. It’s time for a farewell that Sarah’s dreading, but this is a necessary part of the healing process. Although Sarah has every right to be furious with Xander, she also has to deal with this loss and try to let go.
Sarah will kneel by Mackenzie’s grave and say a few words to her deceased baby girl. As Sarah sobs over never having a chance to be Mickey’s mom, it should help her release what’s been building.
This could be a crucial first step on Sarah’s way back to Xander. Sarah will be confronting her pain instead of just using it to fuel her DOOL revenge plot.
This grave visit may even help Sarah see that she should honor Mickey with her actions. Sarah isn’t currently living a life that Mackenzie can be proud of, so she may make some changes soon. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Xander will also do something sweet for Sarah next week, so that should tug at her heartstrings. We’re starting to see the first signs of progress toward a “Xarah” reunion!
