Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) will take Jack Deveraux’s (Matthew Ashford) advice and give Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) something she really needs. He’ll put some serious thought into it and determine that what Sarah needs is closure. Xander will have a headstone made for the real Mackenzie “Mickey” Horton before taking Sarah to the cemetery.
Although this will be a sad reminder of what Sarah’s lost, this is indeed what Sarah needs. Sarah has to find a way to say goodbye to her baby girl, so she’ll appreciate Xander’s sweet gesture. Xander will admit it’s the least he can do, but he’ll hope it brings Sarah peace in some way.
DOOL fans know Xander’s desperate to make things right with Sarah somehow, so this will be a nice start. During the week of June 22-26, Days spoilers say Sarah will make a big admission to Xander.
Perhaps Sarah will confess that she still loves Xander or even that she still dreams about the life they would’ve had as a family with Mickey.
Unfortunately, Xander always manages to put his foot in his mouth! It’s always one step forward and two steps back, so expect another snag on Xander’s way to a “Xarah” reunion. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Xander will make a shocking offer that upsets Sarah. In fact, it’ll send Sarah flying into a rage!
What might this offer of Xander’s be? What could a well-meaning Xander suggest that would infuriate Sarah? Since Xander’s so eager to reunite with Sarah and make her happy, he might point out that they could still be a family.
Xander’s offer might involve making another baby – one of their own that they could love and raise together.
An offer like that is heartfelt on the surface, but it’s also wildly inappropriate considering Sarah’s still grieving and hasn’t even agreed to get back together. Sarah would probably snap that she can’t just replace Mackenzie – the real one or the fake one.
It’s going to take some time before Sarah can even think about having another kid. Sarah’s dealing with the loss of both Rachel Black and her biological child, so Xander set up a double blow with the baby switch.
Xander may end up having to apologize for being insensitive and assure Sarah that he only meant they could be a family when she’s ready.
Xander isn’t a patient guy, but he’s learning in that department and can wait until Sarah’s prepared to move on. We’ll deliver updates as other Days news comes in.
