General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that love has gotten complicated in Port Charles. Some couples have been driven apart by unfortunate obstacles. Other characters are with the wrong people – at least in in eyes of many GH fans. Some pairings are even facing a combination of hurdles, but the point is love is messy in PC! Here are five sizzling romantic reunions that need to happen ASAP.
1. Jason and Sam
Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) are still a couple, but they don’t feel like much of one them they’re stuck in limbo. Due to Sam’s parole issues and all the Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) danger, Jason and Sam have been dealing with a forced separation.
Naturally, that’s something “JaSam” fans are hoping will change once new episodes return. It’s time to fully reunite Jason and Sam! Although no one stays happy forever on a soap, Sam and Jason are owed a short period of bliss. They’ve earned it after enduring so much heartache.
2. Alexis and Julian
General Hospital has been dragging their feet on an Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Neil Byrne (Joe Flanigan) pairing for what feels like forever. Now that Neil and Alexis finally have a shot at being together, they honestly seem miserable. Alexis and Neil’s careers have been ruined, so that’s weighing on them heavily.
There’s also not much chemistry going on, so this might be the ideal time to let Alexis reunite with Julian. Although Julian’s history with Alexis is always going to be a problem, their hot chem can’t be ignored.
The fact that Julian’s married to Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) would only make it that much soapier if he started hitting the sheets with Alexis again!
3. Valentin and Nina
Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) decided she was done with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), but does anyone really expect her to stay away indefinitely? Although Nina’s in a new romance with Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher), plenty of GH viewers just aren’t interested. Maybe Nina should stop fighting fate when new episodes return.
Valentin adores Nina and only makes mistakes because he’s so desperate to keep her. Besides, Valentin’s done a lot of soul-searching in recent months. He may never be one of the good guys, but he’s a better guy than he was before. Perhaps that could be enough for Nina as long as Valentin can learn to be honest.
4. Willow and Chase
Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) became Willow Corinthos not too long ago, but many “Chillow” fans hated to see Willow and Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard) love story derailed. It’d be nice to see Willow and Chase reunite, but it should take a while since Willow’s locked in this marriage to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).
ASAP means as soon as possible, so we just have to look ahead to when it’ll be possible! There could be more problems since Willow stands a good chance of falling for Michael, but “Chillow” should come back around. It’s doubtful that General Hospital will just forget about the Chase and Willow pairing, so we can probably expect a reunion at some point.
5. Anna and Robert
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is character who’s in need of a romantic reboot. Her pairing with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) has left her stuck in a rut, so a split might be a good thing. If that happens, maybe Anna and Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) could finally reunite. Robert seems like the best option on canvas at the moment, so perhaps familiar sparks could fly.
That’s especially true since Anna will surely be apologetic to Robert after Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) exposure. It could open the door to Anna leaning on Robert and reconnecting with him in the process. Robert and Anna fans would certainly be on board with giving this pairing another shot.
