General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) could find herself on Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) radar again. GH fans know Cyrus got a bit flirty with Ava back when he wanted to purchase her penthouse.
Ava obviously wasn’t interested in selling to Cyrus and wanted nothing to do with the man who killed Trina Robinson’s (Sydney Mikayla) father.
Of course, we now know Marcus Taggert (Real Andrews) isn’t dead, which means Trina could become a target once again. Taggert faked his demise to protect his daughter, so the fact that he’s still alive and Cyrus knows about it could spell trouble.
That goes for Ava as well since she cares about Trina. Cyrus could easily use Trina’s safety as a bargaining chip to get what he wants.
No matter how Julian Jerome (William deVry) ultimately exits the canvas, Ava is fed up enough with her brother to pull a gun on him. That’s something that could matter to Cyrus in the aftermath of Julian’s departure.
Perhaps Cyrus will try to recruit Ava as part of his team or even become interested in her romantically.
Cyrus might suggest that Ava owes him anyway since he took care of Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) for her. Ava might end up trading one stalker for another since Cyrus tends to become obsessed with making certain people part of his web.
Cyrus is the kind of guy who relentlessly pursues Port Charles residents and takes drastic action to make them see things his way.
Trina’s kidnapping could serve as a way to make Taggert obey orders, but it could do the same with Ava. Cyrus might put Ava in an impossible situation and make her become a bit more understanding of what Julian was up against.
Ava was adamant that there’s always a choice, but Cyrus may not leave her with much of one down the road.
