General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that one ABC soap star recently shared some huge news with her fans. Briana Nicole Henry plays Jordan Ashford in Port Charles, where love lives can often get pretty rocky. Fortunately, Henry’s found real-life love and things couldn’t be better! On Instagram, Henry revealed that she tied the knot with musician and composer Kris Bowers earlier this month.
“If I love myself, I love you. If I love you, I love myself,” Henry said in a quote she posted. The GH star also put up “6.6.20,” so that was the day this lovely duo made it official.
Henry included some fantastic wedding pics with her new husband. It’s clear that their big day was truly special, so Henry wanted to fill everyone in on the marriage and spread a little joy.
Henry also wanted to point out that safety was part of her wedding plans. Just in case anyone had social distancing concerns, Henry promised no one was at risk thanks to her nuptials. “No humans were harmed in the making of this wedding,” Henry insisted.
The General Hospital actress showed off a photo of some cloth masks that were available for the ceremony. Those masks featured the bride and groom’s first initials along with their wedding date. It was a fun way to celebrate while staying safe.
Henry also had some beautiful pics of all the flowers for the wedding festivities. The bridal bouquet was especially lovely – and so was the bride herself! The same goes for Henry’s bridesmaids, who were featured in another sweet picture. “I love y’all,” Henry said in her caption. “Thank you for holding space for us in your lives and on this day.”
It’s always nice to hear some good news, so General Hospital fans are grateful Henry let us all in the loop! As for what’s next on GH, the Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) storyline is bound to bring more drama for Jordan. It’ll be interesting to see how Jordan navigates the twists and turns ahead.
