General Hospital Spoilers: Brook Lynn’s Singing Fraud Publicly Outed - Fired As The Voice Of Deception, What’s Next For BLQ?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Briana Lane) is going to have a bad week. As GH viewers know, Brook Lynn got a bright idea as she was listening to Amy Driscoll (Risa Dorken) singing at Charlie’s Pub recently.

Brook Lynn decided to pull a stunt and get Amy to sing the big song that she needs to record in order to be the “voice of Deception.” Of course, Brook Lynn can’t sing the song herself due to her healing vocal chords.

But rather than just tell Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson), Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring), and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) that she can’t sing and that they need to find someone else, Brook Lynn is planning to get Amy to record the Deception song and pass it off as her own voice.

And it looks like Brook Lynn will just about get away with the ruse – that is, until Valentin does something that outs Brook Lynn as a fraud.

Perhaps Valentin will innocently demand that Brook Lynn sing a few bars, and she’ll be unable to do so. And without a voice, it’s going to become pretty apparent to everyone that Brook Lynn didn’t do the singing on the recording herself.

General Hospital spoilers say it’s going to be a bad scene as Brook Lynn’s deception becomes known, and everyone will realize that they’re going to be unable to use Brook Lynn going forward.

This will be a terrible turn of events for Brook Lynn, who really had nothing left at this point but to be the voice of Deception.

Brook Lynn still refuses to move back in to the Quartermaine mansion, since she’s estranged from Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) and refuses to take anything from him at this point.

Brook Lynn has no job, no family to fall back on (at least as far as she’s concerned), and no voice with which to make a lucrative career as a singer.

So, what’s next for Brook Lynn? She can’t end up staying with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) forever, especially since Chase’s mom Jackie Templeton (Kim Delaney) is in town.

Jackie may wonder what’s going on between Chase and Brook Lynn, which could prompt the need for Brook Lynn to vacate Chase’s place. Whatever the case, Brook Lynn needs a place of her own, which she did mention in a recent episode that she wanted to find.

Who knows – perhaps Olivia Quartermaine’s (Lisa LoCicero) marriage to Ned will fall apart over his recent affair with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), and Olivia and Brook Lynn can commiserate together and support each other.

After all, they’d each have been hurt badly by Ned, so they’d have that to bond over. And Olivia previously offered Brook Lynn a room at the Metro Court, so she might move back in there until she can secure her own living arrangements.

Another possibility is that Brook Lynn could get involved with Dante Falconeri (Dominick Zamprogna), who is newly back on the Port Charles scene.

According to General Hospital spoilers, Dante’s reunion with Lulu won’t be what he wanted, and Lulu will insist that she’s moved on with Dustin Phillips (Mark Lawson). Might we see a friendship (or more) ignite again between Dante and Brook Lynn?

It will be interesting to see what shapes up for Brook Lynn. She definitely needs a direction aside from singing at this point and aside from the Quartermaine family business.

Or maybe Valentin will decide to give her some sort of position at ELQ now that he’s taken over the company. That would be one way for Brook Lynn to stick it to Ned!
