General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will defy Jordan Ashford’s (Briana Nicole Henry) orders and may create quite a mess as a result. GH fans know Jordan told Chase that he was off the case involving Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) motorcycle.
Chase was stunned since it was clearly an attempt on Jason’s life, but Jordan tried to act like nothing could be proved.
Furthermore, Jordan argued that Chase was one of her best detectives and was needed on more important cases. Of course, Chase sees this case as pretty darn important since Jason is Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) right-hand man – and Sonny is Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) main competition in Port Charles.
Chase can see the potential for a major mob war erupting and isn’t going to let this go. Although Jordan raised her voice and pulled the boss card, General Hospital spoilers say Chase will act on his instincts.
He’ll go behind Jordan’s back and continue the investigation, so General Hospital spoilers say viewers can watch Chase get sneaky starting October 20.
That same day, Cyrus will have a critical meeting with Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor). It seems likely that Chase will spy on this meeting and get the wrong idea.
Chase may eavesdrop if he can get close enough, but he could at least watch Brando and Cyrus from afar. There’s a good chance Chase is going to assume the worst, so this could lead to big trouble.
It’s possible Chase will report back to Jordan with what he’s learned and potentially get himself fired. Jordan could at least warn Chase that he’ll be terminated from the PCPD if he goes against her again.
Chase might realize Jordan’s keeping some huge secrets and eventually figure out she’s being forced to work for Cyrus herself.
Then again, Chase might determine that blabbing to Jordan would be a bad idea. He might keep up his investigative efforts without Jordan’s knowledge for a while.
Brando has been accused of tampering with Jason’s bike and will soon appear to be in cahoots with Cyrus from Chase’s perspective. Chase might feel the need to warn Sonny and wind up perplexed when Sonny doesn’t seem to care.
Since Chase is a smart guy, he might catch on and worry about this plan backfiring. In fact, Chase could pose a risk just by getting involved. He would become part of the loop, so Cyrus might notice that Chase is visiting Sonny a little too frequently.
Cyrus could easily catch on and determine he’s been duped by his Brando scheme. That’d lead to vicious retaliation and cause total chaos in Port Charles.
Naturally, grave danger is looming for everyone caught up in this – and that’ll soon include Chase due to his spying. One way or another, Chase is bound to face consequences for going rogue and launching a sneaky investigation himself. We’ll offer updates as other GH news emerges.
