General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will make a pact that he might end up regretting. On October 23, Curtis will reach an agreement with Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher). They’ll be on the same page about something, so they may shake on their deal and hope for the best.
It’s possible this pact will tie in with the teens since Jax wants to protect Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Curtis wants to protect Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla).
However, it’s worth mentioning that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will be clashing with Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) while Jax and Curtis’ agreement is being reached. This pact could just as easily tie in with Nina’s storyline.
After all, Curtis is a good friend of Nina’s and certainly wants what’s best for her. He may sense that things could become more serious between Nina and Jax, so that’d be a good reason to talk about what’s ahead and show Curtis’ protective side.
Nina’s already been through so much heartache thanks to Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), so neither Curtis nor Jax will want to see Nina get hurt again. Perhaps this pact will involve looking out for Nina. Jax and Curtis may agree that they’ll always protect Nina no matter what.
If Curtis makes a promise like that, he may wonder if he should go back on his word down the road. What happens if Curtis is the one who first uncovers the truth about Nina’s biological daughter?
Curtis got it wrong due to Valentin’s misleading clues, but he played a crucial role in the fake daughter discovery of Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson).
It makes sense for GH writers to include Curtis in the discovery of Nina’s actual daughter, too. Unfortunately, things are complicated since Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier) is that bio daughter – and she’s believed to be dead.
Curtis would know just how much the truth would hurt Nina, which would be a major violation of a pact to protect her!
No matter what this pact’s about, it could be a sign of trouble to come. The fact that General Hospital is putting Jax in Curtis’ orbit could lay the groundwork for Curtis to discover who Nina’s real daughter is.
Curtis might wind up in a terrible bind if he learns the truth and has the power to shatter Nina’s world with answers.
