General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) has a long reach. As GH viewers know, it has just been revealed that Lorraine “Harmony” Miller (Inga Cadranel) is one of Cyrus’ minions, and that she’s the go-between for Cyrus and Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry). Cyrus has demanded, through Harmony, that Jordan be his inside person in the PCPD and that she take necessary steps to allow his drug shipments to enter Port Charles.
Of course, Jordan is beside herself over all of this, but she’s really got no choice but to comply with Cyrus. After all, his people are holding her son TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) hostage, and if she doesn’t do what Harmony tells her to do, then TJ is toast. But how did Harmony get mixed up with Cyrus in the first place?
Well, according to what Harmony told Jordan, Cyrus got to her in prison and pulled some strings to get her in the early release program. Then, Cyrus called in his favor and now he’s making her do his bidding with Jordan.
And Harmony didn’t give a lot of details about this, but she also alluded to the fact that she and the people she loves could be in danger if she doesn’t do what Cyrus wants. That means that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) could be in danger.
Well, we wonder if perhaps there’s more of a link between Harmony and Cyrus than Harmony is letting on. It wasn’t that long ago that Harmony was involved in another criminal enterprise – Dawn of Day.
One wonders how Harmony would have even been on Cyrus’ radar in Pentonville, given that Cyrus was only recently transferred there. Could it be possible that Cyrus already knew, or knew of, Harmony? It wouldn’t be too much of a stretch to think that Cyrus might have had some dealings with Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) before his death.
After all, Shiloh was a criminal in his own right, and while he was a much lower-level criminal than Cyrus, it’s not out of the realm of possibility that Cyrus and Shiloh could have been working together as secret partners. Sure, Dawn of Day supposedly promoted peace and harmony, but Shiloh was pretty sinister underneath that facade.
Plus, if Cyrus set out to cause havoc in Port Charles as he’s claimed, then it would makes sense that he might have backed Shiloh and Dawn of Day as a starting point, and especially that he might have been behind Shiloh’s decision to target Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) daughter Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Lexi Ainsworth).
At any rate, given that Cyrus seems to have a wide reach, we could find out that he was behind Dawn of Day, or was at least a silent partner of Shiloh’s, and that that’s how Harmony got onto his radar in the first place.
Cyrus could even have had access to all those pledges that Shiloh kept on his members as blackmail, and he could be holding Harmony’s pledge over her head if she doesn’t comply.
