General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that we’ve got some big comeback news about Ian Buchanan (Duke Lavery) to pass along. There’s been buzz lately about a return that’s been kept under wraps – a face from the past that would surprise viewers. We now know who that is thanks to a new video Ian Buchanan made for Cameo.
In a message to a GH fan, Buchanan confirmed that he’d be making a ghostly return Duke appearance soon. “I’ll let you in on one little secret…I’m going to be there on Monday or Tuesday of this coming week, just appearing…ghosting…” Buchanan said.
Buchanan didn’t share any plot details, but we can certainly think of one reason why he might fit into the story right now. Julian Jerome’s (William deVry) time is running out on the ABC soap, so Duke’s ghost will probably be part of his exit.
A masked gunman took a shot at Julian in the December 14 episode, but Julian managed to make a break for it while Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) dealt with the sudden disruption.
Julian is still alive and will do his best to get out of town, but things are going to take a deadly turn soon enough.
Before Julian goes into the great beyond, he may be haunted by some ghosts of the past. It’d make sense for Duke to pop up since Julian ordered a hit on Duke – one that was carried out by Carlos Rivera (Jeffrey Vincent Parise).
Of course, there may be other faces who appear to Julian and leave him spooked as he finally dies. It sounds like Julian’s past will catch up with him in more ways than one!
General Hospital spoilers say Julian’s set to meet a grim end, so he may be taunted by Duke and others who feel Julian should be held responsible for his long list of crimes.
