General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Nelle Benson Archer (Chloe Lanier) will keep fighting for what she wants. Of course, what Nelle wants is her freedom and a life with her son. Her current time in lockup is just a minor obstacle on her path back to Wiley Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson) – at least that’s what Nelle’s counting on!
GH fans know Nelle’s blaming Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) for the baby swap and takes no responsibility at all. It looks like Nelle’s story will let her wiggle out of trouble for now and try to gain custody of Wiley.
General Hospital spoilers say Nelle will face Carly Corinthos’ (Laura Wright) fury on March 5. The next day, Nelle will have a run-in with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn).
That tells us Carly will be outraged and Nelle will apparently be roaming around to bump into Alexis, so Nelle’s bogus tale should help her score her freedom. General Hospital spoilers say Carly will feel like someone has to stop Nelle for good – and she should be even more convinced of that once Nelle’s free and looking to take Wiley from Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).
However, that someone doesn’t have to be Carly or even someone connected to the Corinthos clan. What if Nelle’s worst threat is somebody quite surprising?
When Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) told Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) about the baby switch, poor Willow was a mess. It was like something inside of her broke. Willow was furious with Nelle for putting this whole awful scheme in motion.
This was a double blow since Willow not only found out the real Wiley was dead, she lost her fill-in kid, too. Willow has bonded with this Wiley as if he were her own child. That was never more evident than in those heartfelt scenes just before the big reveal.
Sadly, General Hospital spoilers, updates and news say Willow will struggle to move forward in the coming weeks. She’ll have a hard time facing reality, especially once Nelle apparently avoids consequences for the nightmare she caused. Willow will hate Nelle more than ever!
Now let’s think about this. We’ve got an angry and incredibly fragile Willow – a prime candidate for snapping. We’ve also got twisted Nelle, who can only get by without a downfall for so long.
Could Willow snap and try to kill Nelle? Even if Willow didn’t succeed, it’d be an exciting story route to take. It would also make sense considering Willow has been driven to her breaking point.
Willow’s suffering could easily push her over the edge and force her to fight crazy with crazy. She’s always fought to protect Wiley and that trend may continue, even though she knows he’s not her biological child. That can’t change the love Willow feels or shut off her protective side.
