General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, August 7, tease that Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will find something to bond over. They both have daughters they love a great deal, so Portia and Finn will be able to relate to each other. As Finn opens up, he’ll admit he’s hoping history doesn’t repeat itself with Violet Finn (Jophielle Love).
Since Finn doesn’t have a good relationship with his father, Gregory Chase (James Read), perhaps Finn will hope he can keep his own relationship with Violet on solid ground. Luckily, Violet’s just a sweet little girl right now. There’s no real drama since Violet’s busy having tea parties and thinks her daddy’s the best daddy ever.
Over with Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan), she’ll grow suspicious over a comment Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) makes. “Can’t have what getting around?” Lulu asks at GH.
Maxie may try to cover at first, but Lulu knows her too well for that. It looks like this will be after Maxie’s OB-GYN appointment, so Maxie may end up blurting to Lulu that she’s pregnant – that is if Lulu doesn’t figure it out first!
Other General Hospital spoilers say Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will push Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) to stop digging and start mourning. Anna will worry that Robert’s getting his hopes up about Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) being alive, but Robert will disagree.
He’ll wonder why he’d want to mourn an empty grave and stick to his hunch that Holly’s still out there somewhere.
Anna will also rush to Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) defense on Friday, so Robert may do some trash talking. As for Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), she’ll let Peter know he has his full attention. It’ll be interesting to see what’s said between Carly and Peter, who should meet up with Maxie later.
Maxie may plan to drop the baby bomb on Peter in Friday’s episode, but will she actually go through with it? General Hospital spoilers state that Maxie will battle second thoughts about something, so that could mean she’ll hold off on sharing her pregnancy news.
Next, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) will threaten Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) once again. “I suggest you make sure that doesn’t happen,” Cyrus says in Friday’s preview clip.
Of course, nothing out of Cyrus’ mouth is ever really a suggestion! Cyrus will be delivering an order, so Jordan will have to keep playing along until this takedown can happen.
At Brando Corbin’s (Johnny Wactor) garage, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will offer updates on Mike Corbin (Max Gail). Now that Sonny has decided against the feeding tube and has told Mike it’s OK to go, he knows they’re getting close to the end. Sonny will bring Brando up to speed and undoubtedly get some sympathy.
Of course, Brando’s words won’t mean much if he did what GH hinted at! After Cyrus showed up to talk to Brando about something, he left before we heard the details.
Brando also told Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) that he installed the new stabilizer on his motorcycle, but did Brando fix it or sabotage it instead? Either way, Jason just crashed and is now unconscious on the side of the road!
It appears Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will be the one who comes to Jason’s rescue, so he should call for paramedics ASAP. Jason will be rushed to GH – and things don’t look good considering General Hospital has been highlighting Carly Corinthos’ (Laura Wright) power of attorney and Jason’s previous cognitive issues.
