General Hospital Spoilers: Friday, February 7 Update – Nelle Fears Jason Assassination - Dustin Surprises Brook Lynn - Brad Interrogated

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Friday, February 7, teases that Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) will grow tired of dealing with Ava Jerome (Maura West). They’re stuck in this marriage for now, but Nik isn’t happy about it. In fact, he’ll move in close to Ava’s ear and hiss at her to go away for good.

Nikolas will try to seem threatening, but Ava will be unbothered. She won’t let Nik’s scare tactics mess with her head. Meanwhile, Nelle Benson Archer (Chloe Lanier) will cause a scene at the Quartermaine mansion. She’ll insist Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) brought her there so he could kill her, but that’s clearly Nelle’s twisted version of events.

Part of Michael would probably like to let Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) take Nelle out, but he’s not going to extremes just yet. However, we’ll definitely see more clashing for these exes. You can bet Michael wishes he’d never met Nelle, but he’ll have to deal with the here and now as best as he can.

Other General Hospital spoilers say Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) will face an interrogation. As Julian Jerome (William deVry) stands nearby, Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) will reflect on his memory flash. He’ll point out that Brad was building to a confession, so he’ll insist on hearing it in Friday’s episode. Brad will naturally be on edge, but maybe Julian will jump in here and steer him toward a bogus explanation.

Next, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will speak with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) at the Metro Court. Nina will be adamant about moving on from each other, but Valentin’s smug smile will imply that he doesn’t intend to. He may think Nina will eventually find her way back to him like she always does.

Across town, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will marvel at how kind Dustin Phillips (Mark Lawson) is. She won’t see how Dustin can want good things for her after the way she bailed on him. Dustin, on the other hand, won’t view his kindness as a big deal. He’s got a good heart and seems to think Brook Lynn does, too. Dustin may suggest they should just put the past to rest and focus on friendship.

Since Dustin and Brook Lynn were romantically involved in the past, that also brings the possibility that they might reconnect. For now, Dustin’s all about Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan). He’d like to move this relationship along, but Lulu will struggle to move forward. She’ll talk to Laura Collins (Genie Francis) about her concerns at GH.

Lulu will think about how Dustin put his own life on the line. He saved the day down on the docks, but he could’ve been killed. Lulu fell for a hero when she fell for Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), but she won’t know if she’s willing to fall for another one. It always brings a greater risk of loss.

Of course, Dustin may have heroic tendencies, but he’s not going to land in dangerous situations every day. Teaching high school classes isn’t the same as being a detective or going undercover. Besides, Lulu could miss out on finding true love again if she pushes Dustin away. Laura may remind Lulu of all that and hope she’ll put her heart out there once again.
