General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Friday, March 13, reveal that Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) arrived at the Floating Rib and eventually overheard Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) discussing Liesl Obrecht’s (Kathleen Gati) arrest. Franco was stunned to learn that Obrecht allegedly tried to kill him and didn’t believe it. He rushed off to the PCPD to see her.
Sam and Spinelli then spoke privately, and Sam warned him not to say too much publicly about Peter August (Wes Ramsey), which he has almost done with Elizabeth and Franco. Spinelli agreed, although he expressed concerns about Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms).
Sam argued that they needed to keep their suspicions from Maxie for now. Later, Sam talked with Elizabeth and learned for the first time that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) rescued the teens from the warehouse shooting. She was shocked.
Meanwhile, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) visited with Obrecht at the PCPD. Obrecht insisted that she was framed by Peter, but Nina insisted that Peter had changed for Maxie.
Obrecht asked Nina to believe her for Nathan West’s (Ryan Paevey) sake, offending Nina. Nina said that Obrecht needed to accept the consequences of her actions for once and left.
Later, Franco arrived to see Obrecht and asked her point blank if she hired someone to murder him. She denied it, but Franco wasn’t so sure. He surmised that maybe they weren’t so close after all, and she protested, saying that she never wanted him dead.
Franco begged her for a reason to believe her, and she said that she knew who framed her – Peter. Franco didn’t buy it, saying that friendship has its limits. He left, upset.
Next, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) dined at Charlie’s Pub. Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) walked in and spoke briefly with Willow, wondering how she was holding up. They spoke awkwardly for a moment, then Harmony got a text and left, saying that it was something for work.
After, Julian Jerome (William deVry) came over and told Willow that her meal was on the house since he enjoyed watching her take down Nelle Benson Archer (Chloe Lanier) earlier.
Meanwhile, over at the bar, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Julian talked. She’ remarked that it was crazy that Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) kept the baby secret all by himself. Julian surmised that she knew something, and she said that she knew that he was helping Brad.
Julian revealed that Brad was blackmailing him and repeatedly sabotaged their plans. As they talked, they enjoyed several drinks together.
Britt proceeded to needle Julian about being estranged from his children, and she encouraged him to let loose and take life as it comes. He thought she had a point and poured them another round.
Britt said that she felt like letting loose tonight, and the two of them ended up back in Julian’s office, where they kissed passionately and eventually made love.
Over at the Quartermaine mansion, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) talked about getting married. Sasha said if it would help stop Nelle, then she’s in.
They declared their love for each other, and Sasha said that she already loved Wiley Quartermaine Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson). Michael then got down on one knee and asked Sasha to marry him. She happily accepted.
Shortly thereafter, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) arrived and announced bluntly that it was a terrible idea for them to get married. She said that Sasha’s history of fraud would be a detriment to Michael’s custody case.
Sasha sadly agreed that Diane was right, and Diane said that it was better for Michael to be unmarried than to marry Sasha. After Diane left, Michael and Sasha vowed to find a way to beat Nelle that didn’t involve getting married.
At her place, Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) got a text threatening Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) if she didn’t stay quiet about TJ Ashford’s (Tajh Bellow) kidnapping.
Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) wondered what the text was about, but Jordan lied, saying it was work. He tried to comfort her over her anxiety over visiting Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober), and she asked him to take Stella out for dinner so she could rest.
Curtis then talked with Stella, saying he was taking her out for food, and she worried about what was going on with Jordan. Once they left, Jordan sent a text saying, “I’m alone, now what?”
Suddenly there was a knock on the door, and it was Harmony, sent by Cyrus. Harmony proceeded to tell Jordan that she’d now be Cyrus’ person on the inside at the PCPD.
Jordan reeled, and Harmony said that if Jordan didn’t cooperate, then it would be bad for TJ. She advised Jordan not to try to turn the tables on Cyrus, because he’d find out if she did. Harmony gave her a burner phone for future contact and instructed her to direct all communication to Cyrus through her.
Jordan wondered what Cyrus had on Harmony, and Harmony revealed that he pulled strings to get her early release from prison. Now he owns her, and people she loves will be hurt if she doesn’t cooperate. Jordan requested daily proof that TJ was alive, and Harmony said that she’d pass along the information to Cyrus.
Back at the Floating Rib. Stella and Curtis enjoyed a meal, but Stella surmised that Curtis was worrying about Jordan. Curtis said that Jordan wouldn’t keep anything important from him again. Nina then arrived and they discussed Obrecht’s arrest. Nina said that she thinks Obrecht is guilty.
Later, Curtis went home and regrouped with Jordan. Jordan was a nervous wreck and blamed it on not knowing how to get to Cyrus. She wondered where to hit Cyrus, and Curtis said that need to find his weak spot and take him down.
