General Hospital Spoilers: Friday, September 4 – Brando Hospitalized, Brutal Beating – Anna Needs Alex Backup, Turns to Valentin

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, September 4, tease that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will surprise Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) with news about Alex Devane-Marick (Finola Hughes).

Anna will insist she’s going after Alex and needs Valentin as backup. Will ELQ’s new CEO drop everything to deal with this twin drama? Valentin might just tell Anna she’s on her own!

Of course, Anna can be pretty persuasive when she wants to be, so she might be able to talk Valentin into helping her out. In the meantime, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will look distraught as she opens up to Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton).

GH fans know Alexis headed to the hospital to find out about Neil Byrne’s (Joe Flanigan) autopsy report, but she got sidetracked when she ran into Finn.

Since Alexis revealed Neil’s death to Finn, he’ll lead Alexis off to discuss this privately. Alexis considers Finn to be a good friend she can confide in, so she’ll indeed let her walls down.

It looks like Alexis will allude to the worst part of all this, which will prompt Finn to ask what it is. For Alexis, that may be the loss of what might’ve been.

Alexis didn’t just lose Neil; she lost their potential future together. Alexis will never know where things would’ve gone between them. Then again, there could be something else Alexis brings up as the worst part. Regardless, it all feels so random and senseless to Alexis – but maybe it’s not so random after all!

There’s been an awful lot of emphasis on the autopsy report, which Alexis feels like doesn’t really matter. Alexis suggested she’s going to find out whether Neil had a heart attack, a brain aneurysm, a stroke…whatever. It doesn’t matter to Alexis since Neil’s dead and that’s that.

However, it’ll certainly matter to Alexis if foul play was involved. Was Neil murdered? Could poison have been in Neil’s system? Whatever the case, Alexis will find herself in a state of disbelief next week, so Friday’s autopsy report could set that up.

In the meantime, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will wine and dine Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry). Jordan will appreciate the sweet gesture, but she’ll wonder about the reason for this welcome surprise.

Curtis may feel like Jordan could use a break since the Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) drama never seems to let up! We’ll also see Curtis raise an eyebrow like he’s something else up his sleeve, so maybe there’s a deeper meaning to this surprise, too.

Over with Cyrus, he’ll bump into TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) at GH. Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos) will stand nearby as Cyrus extends his hand to TJ. “Don’t offer me your hand – unless you want me to spit on it,” TJ declares.

Molly will look unnerved as this tense confrontation plays out, but it certainly doesn’t look like TJ will let Cyrus push him around.

Other General Hospital spoilers say Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will rush to Brando Corbin’s (Johnny Wactor) rescue. Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) lured Brando away from the garage so Jason could install a spy cam – and it’s a good thing they pulled off their plan!

They wanted to do surveillance on Brando to see if he was up to anything shady and witnessed an assault instead.

GH fans now know Brando turned down an offer to be Cyrus’ chauffeur – and that conversation kept Brando busy while Cyrus’ minion tampered with Jason’s bike.

Later, Brando turned down help dealing with his legal issues, so now he’s in trouble. Cyrus’ goons launched a vicious attack, which Jason, Spinelli and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) saw on the newly recorded spy cam.

Thankfully, Brando will be saved, but not before those goons do some damage. General Hospital spoilers say Brando will be beaten badly enough that he has to be hospitalized. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will give Jason and Sam updates soon, so hopefully Brando’s injuries aren’t too serious.

Other General Hospital spoilers say Peter August (Wes Ramsey) will corner Spinelli for a chat. “I got the distinct impression that you wanted to talk to me,” Peter says in Friday’s GH preview video.

Spinelli will look a bit rattled, but he should keep his mouth shut about being hot on Peter’s trail. Instead, Spinelli might bring up Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) baby and point out how that child has to come first.

Peter will agree with that, so he’ll meet up with Valentin to ask for advice on Friday. Valentin has done some horrible things in the past, but he manages to be a good papa to Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) anyway.

Peter will feel like Valentin could be a source of wisdom here, so we’ll see what Valentin can offer.

General Hospital spoilers say all the advice in the world can’t stop the downfall that’s brewing for Peter! CDL’s your hotspot for the latest General Hospital spoilers, updates and news, so be sure to check back often.
