General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Violet Barnes (Jophielle Love) recently got some good news. Now that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) thinks Peter August (Wes Ramsey) has been exonerated and Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) has apologized, “Fanna” is on the road to reconciliation. Violet asked her daddy if they could move back in with Anna, which Finn and Anna were both on board with.
These three are all set to become a happy little family again, but what about Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig)?! Are Violet and GH fans supposed to just forget about her? It feels like Anna’s stepping into that mother figure role and the memory of Hayden is fading fast. Although it’s great that Violet has lots of love and support around her, Hayden deserves the chance to be a mother to her child.
Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) tricked Hayden into thinking there was serious danger. She left for Violet’s sake, but there was never any real danger at all. There’s absolutely no reason why Hayden can’t be in Port Charles happily raising her daughter
Since Hayden and Finn were getting along so well, Nik may have even pumped the brakes on a romantic reunion. Who’s to say they wouldn’t have gotten back together in time? Perhaps a “Fayden” reunion could still be a possibility after this Peter mess explodes – and General Hospital updates tease that it will indeed explode!
Finn may end up being sympathetic to Anna, but Anna could easily blame herself for putting Violet at risk. She could push Finn away as she deals with her pain. Wouldn’t that be the perfect opportunity for Hayden to come back on the scene and make this a true love triangle?
Regardless, many General Hospital viewers are hoping GH will let Hayden return so she can reunite with Violet. On Twitter, there have been plenty of tweets in support of Hayden’s comeback.
“Hayden needs to hurry up back to PC,” one General Hospital fan insisted. “She can’t have her little girl subjected to that slimeball Peter! I’m literally going to rip my hair!” Another fan said, “I just love Finn and Violet scenes, but you know… IT WOULD BE NICE IF HAYDEN WAS THERE TOO!”
“They had better be bringing @RebeccaBudig back,” one more viewer tweeted. “Violet needs her mommy and the fans want Hayden to kick Nikolas’ ass for what he did to her.” Most of us can agree that a good dose of revenge would be nice. Hayden needs to return and make Nik pay for forcing her to leave her daughter.
