General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) now interested in the special op that could put him back in Port Charles sooner. Dante’s family needs him – especially Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), who’s sure to struggle following Mike Corbin’s (Max Gail) death.
Having his son back will help Sonny cope, but it’d be twice as nice if another son returned. Could Morgan Corithos (Bryan Craig) still be alive?!
GH fans know a familiar face popped up in a recent episode. Winston Rudge (David S. Lee) resurfaced as the part owner of the casino Cassandra Pierce (Jessica Tuck) used to own. Obviously, it’s a strange writing choice to include Rudge.
There has to be a reason General Hospital offered this blast from the past instead of just introducing a new day player.
Rudge was partially responsible for Morgan’s death since Rudge was working with Olivia “Liv” Jerome (Tonja Walker). Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) brought up Rudge and Liv’s connection during a conversation with Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero), but let’s think about the big picture here.
Robert’s on a mission to find Holly Sutton (Emma Samms), who was presumed dead. Holly gave Robert an SOS call to beg for help, so she’s obviously alive and being held captive.
The call was traced to this casino, which is owned by someone tied to Morgan’s presumed death. If Holly’s alive, perhaps Morgan’s alive, too.
General Hospital started laying the groundwork for Dante’s return many months in advance, so maybe they’ve decided to do the same for Morgan.
As luck would have it, Bryan Craig recently revealed he’s ready to make a comeback at GH or another soap. It’s possible GH was considering a Morgan recast, but now Craig’s willing and available to work.
GH might as well snatch Craig back up to play Morgan again and give Sonny the ultimate family reunion. Do you think Morgan will return from the dead?
