General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will hope she can track down Phyllis Caulfield. GH fans know Nina has finally figured out who Phyllis is.
The woman who was Nina’s nurse when she woke up from her coma was the same woman who had the half-heart pendant separated all those years ago – at least according to the receipt Phyllis acquired.
Naturally, Nina assumes there has to be a connection here. She feels certain Phyllis will have answers about her missing child, but there are a lot of women named Phyllis Caulfield in the directory. It could take some time and effort to figure out exactly where Phyllis is now – if she’s even still alive.
It’s possible Nina will end up having to talk to a son or daughter of Phyllis or even a sibling. If Phyllis has already died, that could complicate Nina’s mission. GH writers obviously aren’t making this long-lost child journey easy for Nina, but she’s willing to put in the time and effort!
Of course, there’s an interesting possibility here that we have to consider. General Hospital fans know Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) found someone who Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) cares about in that house on Wilson Avenue. Since that person is a mystery and Phyllis presents another mystery, perhaps these storylines will collide.
It’d be a neat twist if the person Cyrus cares about is Phyllis and she’s living at that Wilson Avenue house. There could be some link between Cyrus and Phyllis that hasn’t been revealed yet. Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) could help Nina since he’s a good friend of hers.
We should mention that Curtis may eventually find out he has a long-lost daughter of his own. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) is most likely lying about Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) being Marcus Taggert’s (Real Andrews) biological child.
GH might plan to let Curtis and Nina bond over long-lost daughter revelations down the road, so having Curtis track down Phyllis for Nina would be a good way to set that up.
Regardless, Phyllis has to be somewhere if she’s still living – and someone mysterious is living in that Wilson Avenue house. Having Phyllis live on Wilson Avenue would solve both mysteries.
