General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that there’s some good news and bad news to pass along. The good news is Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will return and spend some time catching up with Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan). The bad news is these final scenes will ultimately serve as a goodbye between this mother and her daughter.
On November 19, Lulu will open up to Laura – presumably about her story on Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) and any fears she might have about Cyrus going after her. Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) warned Lulu to be careful, but she plowed ahead with her dangerous new story angle anyway.
That choice could lead to a tragic outcome, but let’s get back to Laura and Lulu’s upcoming conversation, which will be a bittersweet one under the circumstances. It’s great that Genie Francis and Emme Rylan will share a few more scenes before Lulu’s departure, but it’s still sad that they’ll be the last ones!
General Hospital spoilers say Laura will offer Lulu guidance one final time on November 20. After Lulu confides in her mom, Laura will suggest that there’s no hurry. She’ll think it’s best to play the long game, so she may feel like Lulu’s rushing into publishing this story.
Laura may argue that Lulu needs to pump the brakes – at least until she’s got indisputable proof that’ll land Cyrus behind bars. GH fans know Laura wants Lulu in prison just as much as Lulu, but this guy is vicious!
Laura may have a bad feeling about what’ll happen if Lulu angers Cyrus, so she may be wary of this article going public.
Nevertheless, Lulu seems determined to make this story a success in more ways than one. It could really put Lulu on the map as a journalist and could sink Cyrus at the same time. Lulu may play with fire by moving ahead with the story, but will Cyrus strike in retaliation?
That seems likely considering The Floating Rib’s set to explode and Lulu’s on her way out. Regardless, it looks like Lulu and Laura’s scenes in the week ahead could be close to the final ones they share together. We’ll deliver updates as other GH info emerges.
