General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight) apparently has some big secrets that he’d like to keep under wraps, As GH viewers know, Martin recently had an interesting run-in with Julian Jerome (William deVry) in his law office.
Julian had broken into Martin’s office after surviving a huge fall at Wyndemere, and as he searched the place looking for leverage against Martin, he found a photograph that Martin would rather not come to light.
This all came after Martin had an interesting interaction with Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) at the hospital. Interestingly, Martin talked to Cyrus a if they were equals, or even as if he was in a position of power relative to Cyrus.
At any rate, Martin didn’t seem to be afraid of Cyrus at all, and we got the distinct impression that the men may have had a prior relationship of some sort.
Could the photograph that Julian found in Martin’s office show that Cyrus and Martin go way back, perhaps even to childhood? Or perhaps there’s another connection between Cyrus and Martin that the photograph reveals.
Whatever the case, the photograph was important enough to Martin to keep hidden away, so General Hospital spoilers say that there is a relation between him and Cyrus.
Of course, there’s another wrinkle here, and that’s that Cyrus is apparently keeping a patient under wraps who goes by the name Florence Gray…which happens to be the name of the woman who was married to Laura Collins’ (Genie Francis) biological father.
Since Martin’s last name is also Gray, we could be looking at a situation in which Martin is related to Florence and/or Laura’s bio dad. Still, there seems to be a Cyrus connection with Martin, too, so this is really a mystery.
Whatever the case, something in that photograph of Martin’s must be bombshell material.
And now that Julian has the photograph, it seems that whoever ultimately kills Julian (assuming that Julian is going to be killed) could get their hands on that photograph and unlock some secrets about Martin and possibly Cyrus, if Cyrus is connected to Martin in the way we suspect he is.
Could Martin potentially be a major player in the drug cartel, even being someone in a position superior to Cyrus?
Martin could be behind Cyrus calling the shots, and if Martin does turn out to be a relative of Laura’s, then that would mean that Laura’s got a new enemy who’s her flesh and blood! That would be quite the bombshell to lay on Laura for sure.
We’ll see what happens here, but we could be looking at some big surprises to be revealed in short order on the show. What do you think is depicted in Martin’s secret photo?
