General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Molly Lansing-Davis’ (Haley Pullos) guilt will keep piling up. Although Molly thought about coming clean to TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow), Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Lexi Ainsworth) pushed Molly to see that it’d be selfish.
That’s indeed what Molly’s tried to convince herself of since TJ would be devastated for no reason – at least in a way.
Molly considers that hookup with Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) a mistake that’ll never be repeated. It also happened while Molly thought TJ was ghosting her, so he probably would’ve understood if she had explained.
It might’ve taken some time for TJ to get past Molly’s one-night stand with Brando, but he surely would’ve come around eventually.
Even so, Molly couldn’t bear to hurt TJ with the news – and now she’s waited too late to change her mind. Now Molly’s deception has become an even bigger issue. All of this is snowballing into secrets that will ultimately explode, but when will it finally happen?
We’d say Molly and TJ’s looming commitment ceremony is a safe bet!
General Hospital writers have a couple strategies they could use here. One is that Molly battles so much guilt while she’s making her commitment that she blurts out she slept with Brando. Since Molly’s clearly having a rough time deceiving TJ, it’d be reasonable if she made a mess at this important event.
However, GH could make matters worse if TJ overhears Molly discussing the secret with Brando or someone else who’s in the loop. If Brando plays a best man type of role for this ceremony, that’d really add to the drama. It’s easy to imagine TJ fuming after eavesdropping and not having the full context of the cheating.
This could lead an enraged TJ to blow up the commitment ceremony himself. TJ might restrain his anger just long enough to deny Molly his commitment and rip her to shreds. Molly might wind up heartbroken and humiliated in front of their stunned guests.
We wouldn’t be surprised if TJ punched Brando, who’s been acting like TJ’s buddy when he secretly took Molly to bed.
Brando didn’t know about TJ or the tricky situation when he hooked up with Molly, but that won’t matter to TJ initially. TJ thinks his relationship is perfect, so he should spin out once that illusion’s shattered. Both Molly and Brando are bound to face major backlash, so we’ll give you updates as other GH details emerge.
