General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) is still alive and well after not one, but two faked deaths! The first one wasn’t enough to convince Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers), especially not after that call from Holly was traced to the casino. That led to a woman with the same build being burned and buried in a shallow grave.
Robert seemed convinced this time when he was given Holly’s old ring, although it may have been an act. Time will tell on that, but what we really want to talk about is this captive situation. Who else is being held at “Hotel Hell”?
The casino has been shut down, so Holly will presumably have to be moved to another location. The same goes for any other captives who may be locked up. That was quite a surveillance system, so there could easily be other hostages who are being monitored.
This a great opportunity to reveal some other captives down the road – perhaps even some other presumed dead ones!
If Holly’s death can be faked, there may be others. Winston Rudge (David S. Lee) was working for Olivia “Liv” Jerome (Tonja Walker), so Rudge was partially responsible for Morgan Corinthos’ (Bryan Craig) presumed death. It’s weird for Rudge to be involved here, so maybe Morgan’s alive and being held captive as well.
There’s also Drew Cain (Billy Miller), who was presumed dead in a plane crash thanks to Peter August (Wes Ramsey). Peter later panicked over potentially having something to do with the ship that sank – supposedly with Holly on it.
It was a relief for Peter when his goon promised they were merely monitoring Holly and had nothing to do with her demise.
Now we know Holly’s alive, but it’s interesting that GH put Peter so close to the Holly situation. There may be a way for General Hospital writers to tie Drew into all this and reveal that he’s also a living captive.
Morgan and Drew seem like the best candidates for other possible hostages, but you never know! The show could reveal some other surprising possibilities.
