General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier) is cooking up a potentially disastrous plot. Nelle started by forcing Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) to provide the passports she’d need to run with Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson). Then, it was time for step two, which involved a tracking device.
Nelle tried to pass along “Mr. Whillickers” the bear to her son, but she was promptly informed that “Mr. Hopsicle” the kangaroo was already Wiley’s favorite toy.
Luckily, Nelle was able to improvise when she realized Mr. Hopsicle had a pouch. Nelle hilariously asked if that should be Mrs. Hopsicle and wondered if Wiley would be taught to be politically correct!
Thanks to Nelle’s lecture and sneakiness, she had an opportunity to plant that tracker. Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) are in the dark, so what’s next?
Nelle’s obviously looking for the perfect moment to grab Wiley and bolt. Willow and Michael have already planned an outing at the park, so the prime kidnapping opportunity is looming.
Will Nelle indeed try to snatch Wiley and make a quick escape? General Hospital spoilers don’t show any signs of panic or major Nelle-related trouble – not yet anyway. It’s possible Willow and Michael’s plans will change, which could force Nelle to delay her kidnapping scheme.
Regardless, GH spoilers say Nelle’s bound to pull something sooner or later. When she does, what happens when this inevitably blows up in Nelle’s face? Nelle’s a pro at making lemonade out of lemons – or at least convincing the cops those aren’t her lemons at all!
If Nelle can get off the hook for the baby swap plot she orchestrated, a botched kidnapping is no problem. Nelle already got off the hook for one of those, so she should be getting good at this by now.
If Nelle gets caught trying to take Wiley, she might even pretend she “found” her poor toddler after negligent Willow and Michael let him wander off.
Of course, it’s possible Nelle will actually make her getaway with Wiley and go on the run for a bit, but it’s doubtful since she’s needed for such a huge story. Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) still has to find out Nelle’s her biological daughter, so Nelle needs to be around to show off that half-heart pendant and fight with her.
It seems more likely that Nelle’s next kidnapping plot will be foiled – and the master manipulator herself will spin it into something that’ll work in her favor. We’ll deliver updates as other GH news pops up.
