General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) may find happiness with their old partners again. It’s obvious Michael and Willow are torn right now, but their feelings for each other might lessen as time goes on.
After all, the flip side of that happened when Willow and Michael first got married. They were initially still pining for Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) despite the pain of the fake affair.
Once Michael and Willow had a chance to bond in their little marriage bubble, things changed and they began falling for each other.
Now things might change once again since Willow and Michael are revisiting their former relationships. Old feelings may bubble up as Willow bonds with Chase and Michael does the same with Sasha. This could easily lead to “Chillow” and “Misha” being restored as solid couples.
However, something tells us General Hospital isn’t done with Michael and Willow’s marriage. The show put a plenty of time and energy into making Willow, Michael and Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson) into a perfect family. GH writers may not fully abandon the “Millow” clan now.
With that in mind, General Hospital spoilers say they may need something to blow up the reunited couples. We can think of one easy way to do that – and it involves Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier) returning from the dead!
Since viewers never saw Nelle’s body, it seems quite likely Nelle will show back up alive and kicking down the road. Nelle is obsessed with raising her son, so there’s no chance she’ll just give up on Wiley.
Once Nelle reenters the picture, she’ll finally have someone on her side. Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is Nelle’s biological mother, so she’ll believe Nelle can change with her mom’s love and guidance.
Of course, Nelle can put on her usual act and convince Nina she just needs one more shot at living a normal life. No matter what Nelle and Nina decide about their personal relationship they will both demand some access to Wiley.
Nina is not a criminal and as a grandma she will acquire solid custodial rights to her sweet grandson.
Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) could easily work some legal magic and make the charges against Nelle go away. Nelle might even dig into her own bag of tricks and find herself a Dawn of Day judge to rule in her favor.
Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) still has some supporters hanging around Port Charles that might help Shiloh’s widow out.
Bottom line, Nelle is a master manipulator who always wiggles out of her jams. She can surely come back on the scene and once again pose a threat to Wiley. Michael and Willow just might grow closer as they stand against Nelle and try to keep Wiley away from her.
General Hospital fans may see Michael work hard to defend Willow’s spot as Wiley’s mother. Willow is Wiley’s mom now as far as Michael’s concerned. While Michael and Willow work together to keep Nelle at a distance, it could remind them of what brought them together in the first place.
It could be an opportunity for Michael, Willow and Wiley to become a family united against Nelle once more.
