General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next two weeks tease that some Port Charles residents will bond while others face conflict. During the week of September 28-October 2, Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) will wrap up his confrontation with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and then reminisce with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn).
Alexis will be struggling with her sobriety, so we’ll see if Ned helps or hurts! Ned will keep drowning his own sorrows, but he should appreciate the opportunity to think about his past with Alexis instead of all the problems going on in his life.
Speaking of problems, Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight) will face a big one since he’ll get mugged! Of course, Martin will likely exaggerate just a bit since he’ll be able to stumble into GH on his own.
Even so, Martin will be hospitalized following a violent encounter – and it could be about a significant sealed envelope in his possession.
Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) will approach someone about something he wants, and we know Julian Jerome (William deVry) will soon receive an offer. If Cyrus is the one who delivers that offer, maybe Julian will propose a mutually beneficial transaction.
Cyrus might have his goons rough Martin up to get the letter if Julian gives up whatever Cyrus has in mind. Cyrus might even want Charlie’s Pub since he’s trying to boost his presence in town, launder drug money and take over Port Charles in general.
Over with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher), they’ll be taken aback by the news of Nelle’s dead body discovery. Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will put homecoming prep on hold briefly and encourage Carly Corinthos (Maurice Benard) to offer updates.
Jax will know far more than he’s letting on since he knows about Nelle’s cliff fall and the cover-up. However, Jax will play dumb in front of Nina and Josslyn.
Nina’s sure to face a flood of complex emotions once she finds out Nelle’s gone forever, but we’d say Nina and everyone else will turn out to be wrong about that. It’s tough to believe Nelle’s really done causing drama.
We should point out that September 29, September 30 and October 1 will all be preempted for Major League Baseball coverage. In certain markets, you may see some February 2015 encores revolving around some exciting explosion chaos.
There’s a chance for a preemption on October 2 as well, here’s what’ll happen if GH airs as planned. General Hospital spoilers say Joss will gather with her friends for homecoming pics, which Jax will gladly take.
Josslyn, Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla), Cameron Webber (Willam Lipton) and “Dev Corbin” aka Dev Cerci (Ashton Arbab) are all set to attend the dance as a group, but will that plan pan out?
By the end of the night, we’d say there could be an emphasis on romance over friendship. Back with Carly, she’ll have a good friend in Nina. GH viewers will see Nina and Carly’s bond grow stronger, so this is a setup for when the long-lost daughter shocker comes out along with Carly’s cover-up.
It’ll take some time for all the puzzle pieces to click, but Nina’s sure to hate Carly’s guts down the road. Nelle has been confirmed by GH writers as Nina’s biological child – and it’ll eventually look like Carly’s a murderer! For now though, we’ll just see some sweet scenes where Carly and Nina connect.
As for Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma), he’ll be torn between his head and his heart. Nikolas is falling for Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) whether he likes it or not.
This won’t be a good idea in Nikolas’ mind, but his heart will be telling him to just embrace his marriage. Nevertheless, Nikolas will shove those feelings down and deny what’s happening.
During the week of October 5-9, Ava will be rattled over a shocking phone call. We’ll also see Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) focus on her mission to expose Cyrus’ dirty deeds and bring him down.
Kim Delaney is set to make her debut as a Jackie Templeton recast soon, so this investigative reporter may show up to help Lulu destroy PC’s latest baddie.
As for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), he’ll be thrown for a loop thanks to an unexpected meeting. There’ll be an encounter Sonny doesn’t see coming, so that may be when Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) returns to Port Charles.
With any luck, maybe Dante can make it back home in time for Mike Corbin’s (Max Gail) funeral.
Next, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Briana Lane) will make an admission to Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero). Brook Lynn may come clean about deleting the message Olivia left for Ned and apologize for adding to the problems in Olivia’s marriage.
Things could be getting worse between Ned and Olivia by then, so Brook Lynn may sorry for contributing to the trouble.
Finally, General Hospital spoilers say Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will lean on Valentin. As Sasha’s heartache and drug battle continue, Valentin will step up to comfort her.
Sadly, that’s probably not going to stop Sasha from making more drug deals and setting herself up for an overdose.
