General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) has a devious plan in store. As GH viewers are aware, Obrecht is headed back to Port Charles along with Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) and Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth), but she’s determined to keep her re-emergence onto the Port Charles scene hidden for the time being.
Obrecht would apparently rather say under the radar as she works to find proof that Peter August (Wes Ramsey) framed her for his crimes.
Liesl wants nothing more than to be reunited with her family in Port Charles, but she knows that they’re probably going to need some solid proof that Peter committed the crimes that she was tried for at The Hague.
Liesl knows that she needs to prove that what she’s been saying all along about Peter is true in order to regain the trust of her daughter Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms).
Well, Liesl recently told Scott that he was going to help her in his endeavor, and let’s face it, Scotty kind of owes Liesl. After all, Liesl did get rid of Dr. Warren Kirk’s (Jamison Jones) body after Scott accidentally killed him and this allowed Scott to leave Geneva without being hauled away by the cops.
Scott really is obligated to help Liesl, so perhaps Liesl will want to stay at Scott’s place going forward.
And the more time Scott and Dr. Obrecht spend together, the more time there might be for a potential romance! We can’t help but remember that Scott is a free man, since Bobbie Jones (Jacklyn Zeman) broke up with him a while back.
That seems to have set the stage for a possible Liesl/Scott romance – perhaps these frenemies will turn into something more! Of course, if Scott and Liesl do end up getting closer, that’s going to make things really awkward with Franco, who’s Scott’s son and a good friend of Liesl’s.
But there would be something nice about Scotty and Liesl getting together – both have been pretty unlucky in love and they could offer each other something special, if they can get past their animosity and see each other in a romantic way.
We’ll see what kind of trouble Scott and Liesl get into. General Hospital spoilers tell us that Liesl will want some help wrangling with Dante Falconeri (Dominick Zamprogna) while she tries to remain undetected in Port Charles.
GH viewers will remember that previously, Dr. Kirk was “handling” Dante in his mission to find dirt on Peter. Now Liesl will want to take over that job anonymously, and she’ll probably need Scott’s help in doing so.
