General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) was surprised by the news that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) had stayed by her bedside all night. It was the first sign of hope for Sasha – and another one came after Sasha realized the fake affair truth was out.
Sasha was upset with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) initially, but she began to consider the possibilities this could bring. Of course, Chase didn’t want Sasha to get ahead of herself since Michael and Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) have slept together.
Michael and Willow’s marriage took a very real turn, so things are a bit up in the air.
Nevertheless, Willow and Michael will follow through on their plans to see where their hearts might lead them. While Willow talks to Chase, Michael will visit Sasha and start to reconnect with his ex.
There’ll still be some anger under the surface, but Michael will also be thankful for how far Sasha was willing to go for Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos’ (Erik and Theo Olson) sake.
Michael wishes Sasha had handled it differently, but he can’t deny that Sasha was trying to do the right thing. However, this is obviously a complicated situation that won’t be resolved without some pain.
General Hospital spoilers show that Michael seems poised to give his romance with Sasha another try, but will it really stick under the circumstances?
Based on the story GH has told so far, it just doesn’t seem like Willow and Michael’s relationship will be thrown away for good. Willow is Michael’s wife and they’re raising a child together, so there’s a strong bond at this point.
Now that Michael and Willow have consummated the marriage, there’s a chance a surprise pregnancy will hit, too.
Regardless, any hope Sasha now has may be yanked away from her soon enough. Sasha might get a brief reunion with Michael, but it just feels doomed. What happens if Sasha loses Michael all over again? Could Sasha survive a blow like that?
GH fans know Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) is concerned about the possibility that Sasha will continue down this path of drugs and darkness. Sasha has been in denial about being an addict, which is a bad sign.
If Sasha loses Michael for a second time, will she gravitate toward cocaine or something even worse again?
There are a couple of ways General Hospital writers could take a story like that. Sasha might have another overdose that proves deadly – or she might have one that genuinely scares her straight and sends her to rehab.
It’d probably be a good idea for Sasha to get some space from Michael and attempt to heal her heart anyway.
