General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that there’ll be some mysteries left to unravel once the ABC soap returns with new episodes. GH fans know a blood test confirmed Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) isn’t a true Cassadine. Valentin had a vision of Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) in the aftermath of this revelation, but that was more about Valentin working through all this in his head.
Valentin has come to grips with his non-Cassadine status, but an important question was left unanswered. Since Valentin isn’t really a Cassadine, what is he?
Valentin could use a new sense of identity now, but how’s he going to crack the case of who his biological father is? This might be a good opportunity to bring Helena back – and not as a ghost or vision this time.
If Helena turns up alive and well through some soapy explanation, she could ultimately point Valentin in the right direction. Helena might be the only one in the position to reveal anything to Valentin.
There’s always a chance Valentin could uncover the truth another way, but it’d be a lot easier if Helena was around to divulge the details of who she slept with.
Of course, General Hospital could let this spirit version of Helena do that, but it’d be fun if Helena could come back in the flesh. That’s especially true since it might stir up major trouble for Peter!
Helena knows how heavily involved Peter was in the memory-mapping project. Peter deserves to squirm while another more menacing villain swoops in and starts running the show!
There’d be some good reasons to bring Helena back down the road, so let’s hope GH will consider doing it. General Hospital spoilers say Peter’s exposure is looming no matter what, so that’s something to look forward to.
Peter certainly deserves to pay the price for his actions – and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) deserves to know the truth.
