General Hospital Spoilers: Thursday, August 6 – Dante’s Ticking Time Bomb – Maxie & Lucy’s Deception Drama – Cyrus Visits Brando

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, August 6, tease that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will argue with one of his doctors. GH fans know Dante’s been dealing with nightmares and horrifying thoughts at that WSB facility in Geneva, Switzerland. However, there’s a chance Dante’s not as bad as he thinks he is.

Thursday’s preview video shows Dante shouting, “There is a time bomb ticking inside my head!” Dante sounds indignant as he says it, so maybe this doctor will insist significant progress has been made. He might even suggest the possibility of Dante going home in the near future, but Dante may act like that’s crazy talk.

The idea here might be that Dante’s own fears are the real problem. If Dante can have some faith in his treatment and trust that he’s no longer a threat to his family, there’s hope for him to make a Port Charles comeback soon.

Speaking of Port Charles, let’s get back to all the action in PC. Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will tell Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) that something momentous is about to happen, but Lucy won’t look as certain.

General Hospital spoilers say Lucy and Maxie will have to make some huge decision that’s related to Deception, so that could pull Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattson) into the drama eventually.

At GH, TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) will catch up with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). Curtis will have some questions about an offer TJ received, but TJ will insist he turned them down. All roads lead to the Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) storyline, so this will undoubtedly tie in somehow.

As for Cyrus himself, he’ll pay a visit to Brando Corbin’s (Johnny Wactor) garage. Brando’s customers normally come in looking for car repairs, but Cyrus will insist he’s there to discuss another matter.

Is Cyrus seeking a secret partnership? Is there a chance Cyrus and Brando already have one? Regardless, trouble follows Cyrus everywhere he goes, so Brando will look unsettled.

Other General Hospital spoilers say Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will serve as Jordan Ashford’s (Briana Nicole Henry) confidant. Jordan may need to unload some Cyrus concerns, so Jason will be a good listener as usual. By the end of this conversation, Jason will remind Jorda they’re on the same side – and he’d like to keep it that way.

Meanwhile, Curtis will bump into Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), who could probably use a friend right about now. Chase and Sasha used their bogus affair to nudge Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) into marrying Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), so Chase must still be struggling.

Of course, Chase may stick to police work and talk to Curtis about Cyrus instead. Either way, the distraction will probably be helpful. Over with Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), she’ll assure Sam McCall (Lindsay Hartley) that she doesn’t want to get in the middle.

Carly will get why Sam’s upset about Jason’s decision to give Carly power of attorney, but she’s not the one who pushed for this.

Jason feels like Carly is the right choice to carry out his wishes if something horrible happens, so Carly’s trying to respect that choice. Sam and Carly will find some common ground after clashing, so maybe they’ll both just hope this issue never comes up.

Neither of them ever wants Jason to wind up with no hope in the hospital, but that’s exactly where this hot plot may be headed!

We’ll pass along updates as other GH news becomes available. General Hospital spoilers say some stunning developments are on the way, so don’t miss all the action. CDL will have tons of other General Hospital spoilers, updates and news for you, so check back regularly for sizzling posts.
