General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Tuesday, April 21, teases that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will talk to Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) about his last resort. Michael assured Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) that marrying him wasn’t the only way to protect Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson). However, it’s clear that this “Millow” marriage would provide Michael’s best chance at a victory.
After Joss grills her big brother, Michael may admit that on Tuesday. He may wonder if it’s time to bite the bullet and just ask Willow to make the sacrifice. Of course, Michael may not have to twist Willow’s arm on that.
Willow just came home to find Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) kissing shirtless Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) passionately, so that should affect her marriage decision.
This certainly isn’t something Chase and Sasha wanted to do, but they felt they were out of options. This is their last-ditch effort to force a “Millow” wedding – and it looks like the fake cheating shocker will pay off. General Hospital spoilers say Michael and Willow will indeed tie the knot soon enough.
Next, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) will pitch the idea of collaborating with Julian Jerome (William deVry). Cyrus will see the opportunity for a great partnership, but Julian will just see the opportunity for more trouble!
GH viewers know Julian managed to avoid baby swap backlash for now, so he’s not interested in riling Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) up another way.
Unfortunately, Cyrus may not appreciate Julian turning down his offer. Julian could get on Cyrus’ bad side, so this may be a lose-lose situation. As for Sonny, he’ll dash off to Turning Woods and be with Mike Corbin (Max Gail) following his seizure.
Mike will take Sonny’s hand and ask if it’s over. He’ll be in terrible shape, so Sonny will seek updates from the medical staff.
Sadly, Sonny will learn this seizure isn’t a good sign. It points to the last stage of Alzheimer’s, so Mike’s death is just around the corner. As Sonny talks to Mike and tries to bid farewell to his father, Mike will utter something that provides clarity. Based on whatever Mike says, Sonny will indeed believe the end is near.
Other GH spoilers say Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will argue with Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright). Carly will snap that there has to be a better way, so she may warn Jason about flying solo with Cyrus. Since Sonny can’t offer backup during this meeting, it’d best to postpone it.
Jason and Sonny will indeed meet with Cyrus together next week, so Carly may win this argument. Of course, Carly may also bring up Jason shutting out Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and the kids. This is just a temporary decision to keep Jason’s family safe, but Carly may gripe about how her bestie’s handling it anyway.
Across town, Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) and Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will bicker as well. When Lulu wonders what Laura calls “this,” Laura will insist that she calls it advocating for Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez).
It sounds like Laura and Lulu will be back on the topic of Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and all the custody chaos.
Meanwhile, Valentin will face a surprising admission. Charlotte will explain that it’s not what Valentin said that influenced her behavior. It’s what Valentin did! This will tie in with Charlotte’s tirade about Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma).
Charlotte will find a way to justify her actions through Valentin’s devious moves, so he should see just how much he’s affected her.
General Hospital spoilers say Valentin will rethink his role as a father and what Charlotte really needs. This will lead to some tough choices about custody and the realization that Lulu may be right. Valentin will try to focus on putting Charlotte first, so we’ll see how long he sticks to that plan.
