General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Tuesday, December 15, reveal that Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) were talking about Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) double wedding idea when Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) overheard and got excited about the double wedding.
Soon, Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) arrived, and Violet cutely explained about the double wedding.
As the group visited, Violet wanted to see pictures of Gregory’s wedding to his wife. Gregory pulled out his phone and showed Violet. Finn had a noticeable reaction to the wedding photo and he had to tell Violet that he wasn’t at the wedding.
When Chase, Gregory, and Violet went to get a cookie, Anna inquired about the photo and what was causing all of Finn’s tension.
Finn said that he didn’t want to talk about it, and Anna suggested that he confide in someone like a therapist. Soon, Violet, Gregory, and Chase returned, and Finn asked his father to come to the double wedding.
Gregory was touched and said that he already promised Violet he’d be there. Violet wished that Chase’s mommy would be at the wedding, too.
At the Metro Court, Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) approached Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) hoping that Valentin would forgive him for his insensitive comment about Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan).
Martin told Valentin about Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) being his brother, which Valentin found amusing. After verifying that Martin wasn’t Cyrus’ lawyer, Valentin rehired Martin.
Over near the bar, Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) approached Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) wanting to get in touch with Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews).
Carly tried to play dumb, but Jordan angrily disclosed that Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) was looking for a way to prove that Taggert is alive – with Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) and Cameron Webber’s (William Lipton) help.
Jordan went on, saying that Epiphany Johnson (Sonya Eddy) tipped her off that the teens hacked into Taggert’s medical records at GH. Carly then made a call to arrange a meeting between Taggert and Jordan.
At the coffee shop, Trina, Josslyn, and Cameron talked about Taggert’s medical records, which didn’t show anything unusual. Trina wondered who at GH would have helped fake her dad’s death.
Cameron and Josslyn wondered if perhaps Cyrus was trying to torture Trina by giving her false hope. Trina said that she was following her instincts, and that in her heart, she believed her dad was alive.
Josslyn then got a message from Carly to meet her at the Metro Court right away, so she took off, and Trina told Cameron that Epiphany knows something.
Cameron played devil’s advocate, wondering why Taggert wouldn’t have sent a message to Trina by now. Trina felt unsupported, and Cameron said that he truly hoped her dad was alive.
Back at the Metro Court, Josslyn came to see Carly. Carly said that she needed the truth, and she asked directly why the teens were asking questions about Taggert. Josslyn admitted that they were looking for proof that Taggert was alive.
Carly asked why Trina thought her dad was alive, and Josslyn didn’t want to say, but eventually coughed up that Cyrus told Trina. Carly was aghast.
Outside the Corinthos house, Jordan met with Taggert and informed him that someone tipped off Trina that he was alive. Jordan wondered who had seen Taggert in Port Charles, and ultimately he admitted that Julian Jerome (William deVry) saw him.
Jordan freaked out, wondering how the information got from Julian to Trina, and she said that she was going to try to keep Trina safe.
In the park, Trina sat on a bench and reminisced about a nice memory between herself and her dad. Trina sobbed as she remembered and missed her father, then when she got up to leave, she heard a noise and thought it was her dad.
In Vermont, outside the Mountain Landing Long-Term Care Facility, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Laura Collins (Genie Francis) sat in a car. Curtis and Laura noted that the security at the facility seemed extreme, but they had a plan.
Curtis wheeled Laura in as a patient, saying that he was Dr. Curtis Ashford and that his patient was the mayor of Port Charles, New York and needed the best care. Curtis demanded to talk to the chief of staff. Laura pretended to be catatonic.
The chief of staff materialized, and he and the receptionist insisted that they didn’t have record of Laura being transferred there this evening. Curtis suggested that they check for a referral from Dr. Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom), and suddenly they found the referral in the computer.
Laura was admitted, and in a moment alone in Laura’s new room, Curtis gave her a phone to hide.
Laura said that she’d find Florence Grey no matter what it took. The chief of staff entered the room, and Curtis went back out into the reception area, where he stole a glance at the computer and saw that Florence Grey was in room 2.
Back in Laura’s room, the chief of staff said that he had something for Laura to make her transition easier, and he whipped out a syringe. Laura hid her reaction as she pretended to be catatonic.
