General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Tuesday, October 6, reveal that Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) and Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) woke up at Alexis’ house the morning after their night out together.
Ned stumbled down the staircase shortly after Alexis did, and he felt extremely hungover. Ned wondered if Alexis had drunk last night, but she lied and said no.
Ned blustered about Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) and Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) going to Monte Carlo together, and Alexis suggested that Ned go find out whether Olivia had cheated with Robert like they had cheated.
Ned and Alexis agreed to keep their tryst between themselves, and after Ned had gone, Alexis got a bottle of vodka and started drinking by herself.
In the Quartermaine living room, Olivia tried unsuccessfully to reach Ned by phone. Soon, Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) walked in, and Olivia lamented about how she and Ned had been at odds lately.
Olivia said that she and Ned didn’t seem to be able to take care of themselves and each other at the same time.
Elsewhere in the Q mansion, Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) talked with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), and Carly learned that Willow was considering adopting Wiley Quartermaine Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson).
Michael stepped aside to take a call, and Carly cornered Willow, wondering what was holding her back, or if she had already decided to adopt Wiley.
Carly learned that Willow was hesitant about making the marriage with Michael permanent, and Willow admitted that there have been moments between them.
Carly suggested that Willow let her love for Wiley guide her, and that she’d know what the right thing was. After Michael returned and Carly left, Willow told Michael that she had decided to adopt Wiley. Michael was thrilled.
Later, Ned returned to the mansion and Olivia was happy to see him, but she also wanted to know where he had been, and she noted that he smelled like a distillery.
Ned blasted Olivia, saying that he knew that she left her phone in a hotel room in Monte Carlo, and that he knew that she and Robert had slept together. Olivia looked aghast.
In Geneva, Dr. Kirk (Christopher Cousins) told Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) should be arriving in Port Charles soon. Obrecht said that the countdown to Peter August (Wes Ramsey) and his family’s destruction would begin.
Dr. Kirk balked, saying that he didn’t know that Peter’s family would suffer, too.
But Obrecht ranted about Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and how she protected her murderous son. As it turned out, Obrecht was playing Dr. Kirk, making him think that they were in love, and he agreed to help her defeat Peter.
Obrecht played on Dr. Kirk’s feelings for her and got him to agree to help take down Anna as well. “We can’t be together until I’m free and Anna and Peter are vanquished,” Obrecht told a gullible Dr. Kirk.
“I will do what must be done,” Dr. Kirk said, and Obrecht told him that Dante would need his guidance in Port Charles. “Not if the conditioning holds,” Dr. Kirk said. Obrecht said that they couldn’t leave Dante to his own devices, and that Dr. Kirk needed to be there with Dante. Dr. Kirk left, and after he was gone, Obrecht called him a swine.
At the Metro Court, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) and Anna discussed wedding plans at a table. Anna tried to get Finn to invite his father and stepmother, but Finn refused.
Soon, Robert ambled over to the table and sat down, sharing the story of Holly Sutton’s (Emma Samms) death. Robert bickered a bit with Anna about Peter until Anna got a call from Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and stepped away from the table.
Meanwhile, Robert and Finn argued about Robert’s insistence that Peter was evil, while Anna talked with Valentin, learning that he was “in” on the plan to get Alex Devane (Finola Hughes) to play their game.
In another area of the Metro Court, Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) got approached by Jackie Templeton (Kim Delaney), who said that Lulu’s story pitch caught her attention.
Lulu said that Jackie and Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) went way back, but Jackie said that she wasn’t big on nostalgia. Talk turned to Lulu’s pitch, and Jackie thought that it was heavy on theories about Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) but light on evidence.
Lulu admitted that most of her “evidence” were gut feelings, but that she had inherited her gut instinct from her father. Jackie agreed that together, they could nose around to turn up evidence against Cyrus.
Lulu and Jackie walked through the restaurant together, and Robert spotted Jackie. He rushed up and called out Jackie’s name.
At Charlie’s Pub, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Briana Lane) talked briefly with Julian Jerome (William deVry) until Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) walked up and interrupted.
Brook Lynn shared that she was looking for a place of her own, and they were talking happily when Amy Driscoll (Risa Dorken) came up and nosed her way into the conversation. Nikolas took off for the bar, and Brook Lynn was annoyed.
Amy went on about when Brook Lynn could sing again, and Amy started singing happily. Meanwhile Nikolas went to the bar to ask Julian where Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) was. Julian and Nikolas concluded that Ava must be at Pentonville with Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom).
Later, Julian approached Brook Lynn while Amy was over at the bar humming and singing to herself. As Julian and Brook Lynn talked, Brook Lynn gazed in Amy’s direction and got an idea. Brook Lynn approached Amy and said that there might be something that Amy can do for her.
At Pentonville, Ava asked what Ryan wanted, and Ryan blustered on about Kiki Jerome’s (Hayley Erin) birthday and about Ava’s wedding to Nikolas. Finally, Ryan told Ava all about the letter that Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier) sent him that detailed Julian’s complicity in the Wiley situation.
Ryan said that Nelle wanted him to relay the contents of the letter to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Ava looked horrified, and she asked what Ryan wanted.
As it turned out, Ryan wanted a weekly visit with Ava, and Ava agreed. Suddenly, Nikolas barged in the visiting area and Ryan was quite displeased to witness just how much Nikolas cared about Ava.
Nikolas urged Ava to leave now, but Ava finally got Nikolas to leave. Ryan said that this changes things, and that Ava was going to divorce Nikolas if she wanted to spare Julian’s life.
