General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, September 1, tease that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will meet with Jasper “Jax” Jacks’ (Ingo Rademacher) associate for an important discussion.
Nina will feel confident these half-heart pendants are the key to a secret she’s meant to unlock. Of course, that secret is the identify of Nina’s long-lost child.
Nina will get a step closer to knowing Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier) is her daughter on Tuesday, but the actual revelation should come down the road. In the meantime, GH fans saw a glimpse of Nelle’s necklace.
There’s no sign of Nelle, but her half-heart pendant was on the ground in the area where she fell.
Will someone find that pendant eventually? It seems likely, so that could serve as a heartbreaking clue for Nina when it finally happens. Over with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), he’ll get some advice from Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).
It’s clear that Michael’s feelings for Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) are growing – as evidenced by the kiss they just shared.
It looks like Michael will admit to Jason that he wants this to be a real marriage. Michael obviously wants to take things in a romantic direction and be more than just Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos’ (Erik and Theo Olson) parents.
Once Michael opens up to Jason, he’ll get the guidance he needs. Jason will think Michael just has to tell Willow what he wants and let her decide if that’s what she wants, too.
Meanwhile, Willow will seem deep in thought. “I didn’t realize how easy it would be to kiss him,” Willow marvels in Tuesday’s GH preview.
Willow might be confiding in someone or just thinking out loud. It’s even possible Willow will tell this to sleeping Wiley. Now that Willow and Michael have locked lips, something seems to have shifted between them.
It’s just a matter of whether Willow can truly put Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) behind her.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will have an exciting idea. Sonny will tell Mike Corbin (Max Gail) that he thinks he can make that happen, so there should be some final wish that Sonny hopes to grant. It won’t be long until Sonny goes all out to plan a very special day for his dad.
As for Carly Corithos (Laura Wright), she’ll apparently have a nightmare about Nelle and wonder if her enemy’s really gone for good. When Carly expresses doubt about Nelle’s death in the kitchen later, it’ll catch him off guard. “Is that what you’re hoping? That Nelle survived?” Jax asks in Tuesday’s GH preview clip.
Carly may have mixed feelings about that, especially now that she’s committed to a cover-up. This was a situation that spiraled out of control and ended in disaster. Carly wanted Nelle out of their lives, but not like this.
Carly would’ve preferred to have Nelle locked up again, but now Nelle’s gone and there’s this dark cloud hanging over them. Without a body, Carly can never be certain that Nelle won’t come back to seek revenge.
Jax may try to convince Carly that there’s no way Nelle could’ve survived, but there’s a good chance Carly’s doubts will remain.
At Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) place, she’ll call for help as she panics over her latest discovery. Alexis and Neil Byrne (Joe Flanigan) decided to move forward with their future together, but that future was cut short.
Neil’s was unresponsive when Alexis found him in the morning, so it seems Neil’s dead as a doornail. Alexis’ efforts to save Neil should be futile since he’s already a cold corpse.
