General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Friday, December 18, teases that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will have a confession to make. Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will talk to Carly about Trina Robinson’s (Sydney Mikayla) mission to prove Marcus Taggert (Asante Jones) faked his death.
Although Joss will know the whole thing sounded pretty wild, she’ll still understand why Trina needed to believe her father survived.
Carly will catch Josslyn off guard by confirming that Taggert’s indeed alive and well. Josslyn may be upset with everyone involved in the cover-up – including Carly. This secret certainly caused a great deal of pain for Trina as well as Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr).
Even so, Carly may help Joss understand that Taggert’s only goal was to keep Trina and Portia safe. As for Carly’s part in all this, Josslyn hopefully won’t hold a grudge over the secret-keeping.
Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), on the other hand, will unleash his wrath on Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry). It’ll crush Curtis to the core when he gets confirmation on Jordan’s role in helping Taggert.
The fact that Jordan told so many lies may be what hurts the most. General Hospital spoilers say Curtis will really let Jordan have it. Jordan will deliver a heartfelt apology for the deception, but she might argue that it simply got out of control.
There was a time when Jordan thought about coming clean, but she waited too long and then got scared about Curtis’ reaction.
Of course, Jordan should’ve known this day would come. Taggert wasn’t going to stay in hiding forever – and Curtis deserved the truth as Jordan’s husband.
General Hospital spoilers say Jordan’s excuses won’t matter much to Curtis right now, but maybe he’ll settle down next week and be more willing to listen.
Until then, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) will join Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) at his request. GH spoilers state that Diane will hear about the latest shooting drama and most likely defend Jason to the cops.
The good news is Jason won’t face any major legal issues. The bad news is danger’s about to strike for Jason’s boss!
Diane will push for answers about what the plan is for a certain scenario. That might involve Sonny going MIA or some other problem Diane zeroes in on. General Hospital spoilers say Sonny will aim his gun at Julian Jerome (William deVry) and give his enemy one more shot at surviving this battle.
Julian apparently won’t be interested in making a deal. Since jumping into the water below worked out for him at Wyndemere, Julian might try it again. That could lead to Sonny lunging forward to stop Julian, but that could spell disaster.
Perhaps we’ll see a wrestling match over the gun and a double fall off the bridge they’re on!
Regardless, Jason will call Sonny and hope they can meet back up following the faceoff. Once Jason realizes Sonny is nowhere to be found, he’ll ponder the mystery and grow increasingly concerned.
Sonny should be injured and wake up with amnesia eventually if all the latest General Hospital spoilers pan out.
At the facility in Vermont, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will fume over Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) playing her from the moment he set foot in Port Charles. Cyrus just divulged that Florence Gray is his mother, so Laura will get why she’s been targeted.
Laura will determine that Cyrus must’ve been in the loop on Gordon Grey being her bio dad, so she’ll think every move Cyrus has made has been part of a manipulative game. Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight) will be stuck in all the chaos on Friday.
Cyrus will contend that it’s a regular party having the whole gang together like this, but Laura will lash out and leave eventually.
Martin will feel like Cyrus is working some angle when it comes to Laura. Cyrus’ motives will be questioned as Martin tries to make sense of everything he’s learned. As other details come in, we’ll pass along updates.
General Hospital spoilers say more surprises are in store as GH wraps up an excellent week of episodes! CDL will have other thrilling General Hospital spoilers, updates, and news, so be sure to pop back in soon.
