General Hospital Spoilers Update: Friday, October 30 – Franco’s Tumor Back – Jason’s Puzzling Cyrus News - Ryan Suspects Betrayal

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Friday, October 30, teases that Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) may have his doubts about Ava Jerome Cassadine’s (Maura West) claims.

Ava decided the fake divorce papers Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) used on her might work on Ryan, too. Now all Ava has to do is present those divorce papers to Ryan and make him believe they’re the real deal.

However, Ryan is a master manipulator himself. It’s hard to fool a guy who fooled so many people during his time posing as Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom). Ryan should be suspicious, so Ava will have her work cut out for. Can Ava really pull one over on the great pretender?

Ava will give it her best shot, but this plot seems awfully risky. Ryan could send the incriminating letter to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) if he realizes he’s been duped, so there’s a lot at stake for Julian Jerome (William deVry).

Other General Hospital spoilers say Sonny will get some puzzling Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) info from Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). As Jason holds the punching bag for Sonny at the boxing gym, they’ll discuss what Cyrus has been up to.

Jason will contend that Cyrus must’ve found another route if he’s bringing drugs into Port Charles – and Cyrus is definitely bringing drugs into Port Charles!

While Jason and Sonny mull over Cyrus’ tactic, Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) will get some crushing news from Terry Randolph (Cassandra James). After consulting on the case, Terry will offer updates on why Franco collapsed.

Of course, Franco also had a twisted nightmare that was reminiscent of his brain tumor days. That tumor has apparently come back, so Franco will face that blow and wonder what his options are.

Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will be brought in the loop eventually, but she’ll confess and apologize for Nikolas first.

Liz joined forces with Franco and Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) on the blackmail plot that left Nikolas scrambling. Nikolas will find out Liz’s role in the struggles he faced, but he may think he deserved it all things considered.

It might actually make Nikolas feel better to know that Liz did something wrong and leveled the playing field a bit.

At Charlie’s Pub, GH fans will see the aftermath of Julian and Marcus Taggert’s (Real Andrews) showdown. Now that Taggert’s Darth Vader helmet is off, Julian will get a good look at his face.

General Hospital spoilers say Julian will recognize Taggert – perhaps from the news or even from their brief brawl down on the pier.

Taggert may know who Julian is as well once he thinks about it. Julian was about to kill Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier) when Taggert showed up and stopped him that night. Seeing Julian again may bring a jolt of recognition for Taggert, so where does that leave these two?

Taggert isn’t ready to come out of hiding, so he may vow to keep quiet if Julian does the same. As far as Taggert’s concerned, he may think they should just go their separate ways. Since Julian’s got enough on his plate right now, he’ll probably be fine with that.

Julian may even consider faking his own death after this Taggert run-in. It could serve as inspiration, but we’ll see how things play out as we get closer to Julian’s departure.

In the meantime, Peter August (Wes Ramsey) will wrap up his call with Helena Cassadine (Constance Stowers). Helena may drop a bomb before she disconnects, so Peter will definitely be unsettled.

Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) should sense that Peter’s in distress. In fact, Spinelli will think Peter seems like he’s seen a ghost. Peter has heard a ghost instead, but he’ll probably just claim there’s some crisis going on at The invader.

At Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) house, she’ll have to accept the truth she’s been dreading. The paperwork will prove that Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) didn’t pass the rheumatoid arthritis marker down to Peter.

Anna has already confirmed she didn’t have it either, so this is evidence that Alex Devane Marick (Finola Hughes) is Peter’s mother.

Anna will blow her top over the false memories and fret over how Peter’s going to regret – if she can even bring herself to tell Peter at all. As for Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), he’ll console Anna as best as he can.

There’s a good chance Peter will reach out to Valentin on Friday as well since they have a mutual connection to Helena. Peter may wonder what to do since Helena suddenly isn’t so dead after all.

The last thing Peter needs is Helena blabbing about the huge part he played in the memory-mapping project.

General Hospital spoilers say Valentin will have a strategy in mind, but it’ll be rather extreme. Will the plan be to kill Helena all over again? Everyone thinks Helena is dead already, so that at least makes it a bit easier to get away with!
