General Hospital Spoilers Update: Monday, August 24 – Wiley Kidnapping Panic – Julian’s Deadly Choice – Brook Lynn’s Outcome

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Monday, August 24, teases that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will make a shocking discovery. After Michael and Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) decide Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson) must’ve climbed out of bed on his own, Michael will suggest searching the whole house.

Before they can begin their hunt, Michael will notice the cloth that Julian Jerome (William deVry) dropped.

Michael will realize this cloth has been soaked in a chemical, so he’ll let Monica Quartemaine (Leslie Charleson) take a whiff. Monica will quickly realize it’s chloroform, which will spark a look of panic in Michael and Willow’s eyes. They’ll realize a kidnapping has gone down, so Michael will call the police to report it.

When Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) receives updates on the abduction, she’ll have no doubt that Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier) is to blame. On the pier, Nelle will be at Julian Jerome’s (Chloe Lanier) mercy. There’s a good chance Nelle will try several tactics as she urges Julian to lower his weapon.

Nelle left a letter that spells out all Julian’s offenses at her attorney’s office. The cops will be at Julian’s door in no time if he makes Nelle disappear or leaves her there to bleed out. At least that’s what Nelle will claim!

In reality, Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight) has no loyalty to a client who cut him loose and basically admitted she planned to skip town without paying her bill.

Even if Martin follows through and sends the envelope to the PCPD, Julian’s completely fed up at this point. He’ll insist that someone has to stop Nelle – and it seems Julian will think it has to be him.

Otherwise, Nelle’s going to make her getaway with innocent Wiley. Julian appears to have ditched his coward mentality now, so he’ll be ready to pull that trigger.

As the end draws near for Nelle, she may switch strategies and resort to begging. Nelle might remind Julian that he hates Sonny almost as much as she hates Carly.

Perhaps Nelle will try to remind him they’re both anti-Corinthos. Nelle may also promise that she’ll be out of all their lives forever if Julian will just let her leave with Wiley.

Whatever the case, this faceoff won’t end with the safe return of Wiley. Whether Julian grants Nelle’s wish or a minion of Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) comes along, someone’s probably going to get Wiley out of that car. Nelle will make it out of this Julian confrontation alive, but her plan still won’t go the way she wants.

General Hospital spoilers say Julian will make it back to Charlie’s Pub – most likely for a few drinks! Sonny will have a hunch that Julian’s been doing his wife’s dirty work, so he’ll show up to grill Julian about Nelle and Wiley. Julian will play dumb, but Sonny will fly into a rage and insist that Julian’s going to tell him.

Julian’s been doing all this to avoid getting killed, but he could die by Sonny’s hands anyway if he doesn’t cough up the info! This will be yet another situation that just doesn’t have a positive outcome for Julian.

At GH, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will have an important discussion. Since Jason’s preliminary accident report will be in, he’ll want to mull that over with Sam.

Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) may wind up looking awfully guilty based on this new info. Sam’s probably going to rant about Brando lying to them and hurl accusations all over again.

Nevertheless, Jason won’t think they should make assumptions before they do a little more digging. Since Sonny’s grown closer to Brando lately, Jason won’t want to draw conclusions that aren’t based on facts.

Next, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will confess something that she hopes Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) won’t hate her for. Since Nina’s obviously been battling some jealousy over Jax and Carly’s familiar bond, maybe Nina will admit it.

Nina might suggest she’s trying to work on that and now understands that bond a bit better.

Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) song certainly moved Nina, but she made it clear they wouldn’t be reuniting. Nina might relate that to Jax’s situation with Carly and decide she’s willing to relax about “CarJax.”

Of course, Nina’s confession could also involve how much she wants to love and nurture this daughter she finds. Nina would probably welcome a daughter that’s a total train wreck!

Although Nina developed a nice connection with Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) during the fake daughter scam, Sasha didn’t really “need” Nina.

Now that Nina’s looking for her true child, she might hope this daughter’s a needy one. Nina may wonder if it’s bad to want her daughter to need guidance – even this late in life.

Jax might think it’s only natural for Nina to feel these maternal instincts kicking in, especially as they get closer to the truth.

Other General Hospital spoilers say Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Briana Lane) will get the medical care she needs at GH. Brook Lynn’s throat slashing caused panic, but Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will have some crucial updates soon.

Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) and Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) will be nervous as they await news – and that news should bring a mixed reaction.

Although Brook Lynn’s going to survive, her vocal cords could be in jeopardy. Brook Lynn hoped to make BLQ a household name, but her singing career may come to a screeching halt!
